    Thank you so much for saying that we don't have to feel like we're working a meal off or whatever we ate. I feel it is so important for people to hear trainers say that. Because I've been consistent with my workouts the past few months I was able to keep up with you on each side of the 50 leg kicks🎉! Usually I tend to slow down and get 5-10 less. Thank you so much for this awesome quick and effective workout!!

    This was a great quick cardio workout! I haven’t done a kickboxing workout for a long time and was feeling pretty uncoordinated, but by the end I found my groove! Glad I tried something different today!

    KICKBOXING!!! 🥊🥊🥊❤❤ My favorite and this one is another "knock it out" session from the best!!
    And thank you for the pep talk today, Chris. About getting back on track and not doing TOO much because that is a thing, I have been that person in the past. It was both unhealthy and self defeating. Holidays are especially difficult when fighting that urge to overdo the workouts. And, before you know it, exercise becomes a punishment for overindulgence.
    Today's KickBoxing was the perfect intensity, your cuing (as always) spot on perfect, modifications provided so just about any level can do this!! Loved the music, too.

    I'm doing this on the 26th. I love kickboxing. It works every muscle it seems. And.... I did mobility right after!! I was going to do another weight workout. I have to catch myself from basically torturing myself. I used to feel very guilty in over indulging. Thank you for pulling me off that cliff!❤❤

    Loved this workout! I am 57 1/2 and trying to keep my bod in great shape as well as my heart. This workout was fun, energizing, and really worked my legs and glutes.     I just found your kickboxing workouts yesterday and LOVE them. I’m 65 and used to do a kickbox workout almost every day. Then I found myself too tired after work to do an intense workout. Now that I’m retired, I have the time and energy to workout and I’m beyond excited to continue your workouts!! Thank you! ❤

    Totally loved this. Love martial arts inspired workouts! Tweaked my knee a few days ago so rested it last couple of days. Feeling much better today but I kept everything basically front on with not too much twisting of my legs. Love jabs, crosses and uppercuts!!! Sweating and watch says 495 kcals whatever that is and aerobic measurement was 4 and it's usually 2 but i know you said not to take too much notice of those figures but I still like to....lol I'm doing the same workouts you do every day now except I don't do a 60 minute workout. Too much for me so I swap it out with a similar shorter workout. Since I've been working out with you (I think since November) I've only just started doing 45 minutes. I'm definitely noticing more muscle definition. AND now I'm going to do the stretch which I'm not a fan but yes, I'm going to do it! Thank you again xxoo

    Fantastic workout🎉 my hips were super cranky when I got up so I modified and made it work for me. Thankfully this warmed me up really well so then I could work on mobility. My hips feel slightly less cranky now. Thanks Chris❤

    Kickboxing is my favorite form of cardio. I had to skip this on Tue due to an ongoing shoulder issue (it has been flaring up lately) but was able to knoc it out (pun intended) on my lunch break today. Thank you so much for all your amazing workouts. You are the best!

    was able to join live for total body today 1/5 and then since my house is in isolation and I wouldn't be doing any group activities, decided I needed/wanted to kick box (a fav). It wasn't until the last 5 minutes did I remember doing this on the day it came out. LOL thanks for helping me stay sane. 😋

    Funny, when Chris said our kicks were directed to the face, I thought, "my kicks are going more towards the crotch." Then a few minute later, Chris observed that some of us might be kicking our assailants lower down on the body. Great workout!

    Good workout! I kept it low impact & still broke a serious sweat. Even had the endurance to get in all 50 kicks each side. They weren’t always very high or pretty but I got them in. 👊🏼

    Cracked up at the "not my cup of tea" comment This was the first kickboxing class of yours that I have done. I was never a fan of kickboxing so I always skipped over them and picked something else But not today! And you know what? I enjoyed it! I thought it's 30 minutes, it's going to get my heart rate up and if I don't like it, I never have to do one again. But, since I tried it, enjoyed it, and now have another option . Thanks Chris for helping me expand my horizons! Also, as we say in the south, if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all. 😊

    Kick / boxing challenges my body in such a different way. Got the heart rate up and pumping. Loving the diversity of the workouts this week. Starting an intense weight/body transformation program next week and will be warming up with some 20-30 minute step to make sure my body is ready and help prevent injury. You Rock and ARE motivating.

    I’m the queen of short changing myself so when you said 50 kicks on each side, I almost put up a mental block. But then I told myself, “you’re going to do all 100 and make yourself proud”. And guess what? I did all 💯!!

    I committed to excersise January '23 - I found you in March and stuck with you diligently. I got sick late November and then my spare time in December was spent baking (part time home-baker) and literally fell off the wagon in all senses of the term. I won't sweat it that I lost some gains from an entire year's commitment but have to say, today was awful! How do we lose all that hard work and those gains in one month. Looking forward to another great year following you, thanks for so much encouragement, motivation and the excellent variety!

    This was a fun and quick kickboxing workout. I love these workouts. Always fun and I have to pause to stop laughing when you’re being funny. I love the side kicks as I feel the muscles in my obliques- I touch my sides with one arm as I bend and it makes me feel so proud of all the work I put in following your program. Still have more progress to make but I’m not worried about that. I will get there when I do but am enjoying being healthy and active. Thank you Chris.

    This was great! I needed to modify for my stupid football injury, but it is getting better and just feels good to move. Also fighting a mild cold, so mods allowed me to move without feeling like garbage. I also enjoyed the feasting of Christmas and am glad that it is continuing for me and my family this week. I have just been listening to my own body cues as to when I have had enough so I do not feel gross. But there is NO “gotta burn off that food” mentality here. I am leaving that to the late 90s and early 2000s heroin chic days. There is no place for that harmful thinking in my life anymore. I move because it feels good and I enjoy what I eat!

    I loved this workout -- And I love that it was shorter for today! I am recovering from this whole holiday thing!!!! I was cute on Christmas but today I needed to also be bad ass! This workout satisfied that need! Thank you so much Chris!!!!

    Great kickboxing workout! Just got back from a week away and felt great to get back into the routine! I love the variety you offer, so I can pick what I feel like doing that day! That way exercise is fun and not a chore! I love your message of not using exercise to punish ourselves. Thank you!

    This was a fantastic workout! I learned to love kickboxing and the positive, almost cathartic energy you get out of it by doing your workouts. I love your channel because your workouts are so diverse and they really are for everyone. Thank you for your inclusivity and for reminding us that it's not about punishing ourselves, but enjoying a healthy and balanced lifestyle, which also includes eating cookies or some chocolate now and then.
