It was Awesome... made this yesterday.. only thing i would do next time is instead of 6 tbsp of white vinegar I would use 4.. it has a very strong vinegar taste.. other than that it was perfect 💯💯❤❤😍😍.. thank you 🙏🙏
No all spice, no cumin, no coriander, no cloves, ginger, black pepper, cinnamon etc. No Spices?!?!? What! Idk. This isn't for me. I was just coming to see how to chop the cabbage in strands an stayed to watch. I highly recommend you use spices. Your recipe is good but after I tried spices it was to die for instead of just a snack.

Try using spices like cinnamon, allspice, bay leaves, cloves, an cayenne or chili dust.
Well yes it’s a pickled cabbage.. needs vinegar
