    Kind of relieving going through the comments and seeing the hyperbolic stressful experiences of commenters. Puts my stress into perspective knowing that everyone experiences stress and that I am not isolated in a solitary world of stress and anxiety.

    It isn't at all easy to just relax, I have serious anxiety and social issues at school (so I like to express my inner feelings on the Internet) and I find it very hard to work among other children. P.E and Cooking are my worst lessons, I hate screwing up or being laughed at, and NO, I can't just "laugh it off" like other people do. I've tried helping myself by talking to adults but they're not helping. Everything's progressing too slowly and I have to continue to suffer, people don't take me seriously enough. Private education comes at a cost which is very disappointing for me as I feel that I would be more comfortable with private tutorition. It's a shame that such a lot of people have to go through all this stress, and being a 13 year old I feel like there's a lot more put upon me. It's absolutely depressing and petrifying.

      I have serious anxiety issues too. I'm always nervous and it's really hard for me to concentrate and work on something that I don't find interest in. Also, I'm the only one in my class that likes astronomy and paleontology, so I can't 'relate' to anyone. Plus there are a whole bunch of other things that I have trouble with, etc.

      "BananaDolphins" The Third Also, I have a very strong drive to know EVERYTHING. So I'm constantly asking people about stuff, and I just can't stop.
      And, the kids in my class play a game called "four square", which is really unfair. Everyone targets me and tries to get me out because I get them out. I'm just playing the game. P.s And in this game people have made alliances with each other, so they don't get each other out and by the time someone is out the bell rings. And I'm the only one not in an 'alliance', so there's another reason for people to target me. P.P.s I also ramble a lot, so sorry about that.

      When you have nothing to do, or you dont talk to anyone, you might begin to think that people dont hang out with you because they dont like you, even if your friends want to invite you to their house.... I know this myself, so today im going to go to my friends house and have a good laugh..

      Lucy myself Normally your brain is busy with fixing school problems, work problems, etc. But when you're not doing anything at all for a longer period of time, your brain is so trained to fix problems, it's starting to create problems for itself to fix.

    School stresses me so much and I'm only in the 6th grade! I hate school so much. Nothing seems to be helping me 😔😣😩😫😓😖😰

      do a to do list and also see how much time you waste and try to use that time for your to do list, don't use phones too much only before you finish your tasks. I always think like this:
      I don't need to hurry, If I hurry I do wrong and have to correct a lot! If I do correct I have time to chat to my friends!

    Omg you may have just changed my life :P
    I was studying like an absolute machine in the few coldest months of winter... I was drinking 10+ mugs a day of peppermint* tea and didn't know it helps with stress. I have gone back to being stressed since it started warming up and I stopped drinking tea. Will be drinking peppermint tea throughout tomorrow and seeing how I go! (peppermint is a hybrid between watermint and spearmint and also has the desired affect)

    I'm about the most stressed I've ever been. From severe insomnia to the approaching exam week and 3 out of my 7 classes being honors courses, plus my driver's test coming up, and an extracurricular on top of all that... I feel like I've been on autopilot these last few days.

    I get so much acne in between my eyebrows due to school stress and whenever I'm at home trying to get my mind off of the stress from having to work on a project, homework, studying for a 100 point test and by doing so I get my mind distracted by watching something funny on TH-cam but then that's even more time wasted and adds even more stress and I just can't take it and right now is close to Christmas break and this week is the week and EVERY teacher is trying to cram 100 point tests projects and ALL THE HOMEWORK in the world into one day but I have a busy schedule on Tuesdays and Thursdays I have sports and have no time for school stuff and more than half of these things I don't even know how to do RIP my grades I have a welcoming ceremony for my F's and a funeral for my A's and B's (I WILL NEVER FORGET YOU A's AND B's)

      If you're still in primary school, the lessons are still easy. If you're already in secondary school, it's pretty normal for the lessons to become difficult. We should learn to be more optimistic and confident to overcome our difficulties.

      Peer pressure can be a tough situation because we always wanted to stick with our friends rather than letting them go. If you're having peer pressure, we should learn to be more flexible and find new friends.

    This is true. Too much stress caused me to have a burnout. I'm recovering from that now. Anxiety makes me panic and makes me sick. Kids, you do not want to have a burnout. I could barely do anything but sleep for months, my immune system crashed and every time I did too much, which was almost doing nothing at the time, I got ill physically. Hey, I'm getting better, but it's been a couple of years and I'm not in school. I attest that this video's tricks will help you. Apply the same for emotional stress, take emotional breaks from thinking about your fears, write down your worries and talk to people close to you.

      When we're in school, there are many things that can stress us out like bullies, mean teachers, schoolwork, peer pressure, doing unwanted stuffs, etc. The toughest situation can be peer pressure because we wanted to stick around with our friends.

    I have an anxiety disorder and ADHD and its so hard to relieve stress because basically my mind makes it impossible to relax and not worry.but this really helps take it from someone who actually has something that makes it almost impossible to be not worry and stress

    This vedio is very helpful to get rid of stress and anxiety.I am hearing first time that chocolates is used to reduce the blood pressure and i'm going to follow those things which were mentioned in the vedio . Do something that we enjoys everyday like music,reading articles etc..Deep sleep,meditation and liquid hug is one of the good way to reduce the stress.Get away from negative vibes.Say good bye to stress.STOP STRESSING,START LIVING!!

    I want to start a TH-cam channel, move out start a new life, raise money for people that have cancer, depression, etc. As well as me having money to move out, as I said start a new life, this doesn't help me, I can't imagine people feeling suicidal having depression but if I ever start a TH-cam channel, it won't grow and I'll become laughing stock.
    I need a real friend
    before its too late...

    i knew that completing a simple task lightens up the mood. That is why people recommend juggling, because it not only helps you focus but it increases you're ability to focus on other things. Such as a math test or an exam.

      The best thing you can do is meditate, Go and do it, no excuses, there is a long video on youtube (about 50 mins) it says about all about meditation.I'm doing 10 min everyday for about a week now, and my mood is perfect

    I have stress and social anxiety so I can't really do much of this stuff like leaving the house
    My life at school is just a joke
    8-10 Constant morning diarrhea
    10-12 Biting all my skin and fingernails off as well for trembling in fear for a curricular activity
    12-2 At this point I'm starting to relax realizing class is almost over but I'm also thinking over for the amount of homework I'm going to turn in tmmrw
    2-4 I can finally relax listen do my notes and not worry about anything

    Middle school is so stressful with everybody trying to find friend groups, deciding what kind of person they want to be, dealing with drama, homework, friend problems, mood swings, etc. And while us middle-schoolers are out trying to talk to our parents about how stressed we are, all we hear is adults telling us "Middle school isn't that stressful" or "Enjoy it while you have it" or "try being an adult." WE GET IT!!! BEING AN ADULT IS STRESSFUL! BUT SO IS MIDDLE SCHOOL!!!!!! WE DONT JUST SIT AROUND COLORING AND DOING WORD SEARCHES! ADULTS, WE DONT NEED TO HEAR YOU TALKING ABOUT HOW STRESSFUL IT IS TO BE AN ADULT AND THAT WE ARE OVER REACTING! WE NEED SOMEONE TO TALK TO AND SOMEONE THAT CAN SUPPORT US. If you are a parent, please take this advice. Please.

    I find dancing helps. If you're getting stressed out at home put on some music and dance. It'll get your adrenalin going and hopefully leave you feeling sated.

    Stress has caused me hairloss. At 14 that makes me feel so horrible.
    At the moment, I am in 2 netball teams, 2 choirs, 3 bands and have a lead in my school musical, all while being an overachiever. I had three anxiety attacks in the past 2 weeks and I dont know what to do. Im not even in a grade at school where I should be stressing.
