I started learning yoga in a very reputed center, even there they don't teach with such detail. I was unable to cross my legs properly forget about doing lotus pose but after trying these movements for a week, today I could do lotus pose for a few seconds it was very painful to stay in the pose more than few secs but I never thought it would be possible for me to do it so soon. I feel great and will continue the practice regularly..thank you Sir Ji 🙏

Easily one of the best videos on alignment, technique, hip opening. For someone with tight hips like me - even child's pose/shashank-asana is a torture for me - these hip (and spine) stretching asanas are a boon!

I must confess that even though I am used to watching good videos by excellent professionals in Physiotherapy combined with Yoga, with well-founded explanations, technically demonstrated with good images on movements of extension, abduction, flexion,
rotation of the various parts of the body, I see that you are an excellent Yoga Master.
You avoid damage, because the complete lotus training, if not well done, well explained, can seriously damage the knees.... especially.
Your explanations are excelent and avoid these damages.
You have become my Yoga Master in my Dharma which comprises much more as Krya Yoga, Bakti Yoga, Mantras, Meditation....♾️🕉️
