    I had SO much fun doing this !! I’m already thinking about doing it again 😂but i kinda need a part 2 now with "Hands to Myself" (maybe a remix idk) and "Hit the light" because selena is ❤‍🔥

    Em! I have to confess that I've done your workouts too many times... and every time a song comes up in my playlist (while at work or at home) there's the involuntary reflex of doing the steps 😂 This won't be the exception.
    I can't thank you enough!! I have NEVER succeeded trying to work out before... now I go to bed thinking which workout I'll do the next day. You are truly amazing

    Emily, I just want to say THANK YOU! I used to dance, then moved to a place where there aren't any classes. This is PERFECT. TH-cam suggested one of your videos to me and I've been hooked ever since. Love the new feature with the low impact movements. I have IBS and need to be super careful of overdoing it with high impact exercises. That feature has made these workouts so much more accessible. Thank you thank you thank you!

    Yes! There's some Selena Gomez songs here that I already have in my workout playlist. I love having moves to those songs now. Did a HIIT and Tabata workout yesterday, so I can't wait to try this workout tomorrow! Gonna go add the DJ remix to Good for You now to add to my workout playlist. Love that upbeat version.

    As someone who grew up with at least some exposure to dance, I knew that cardio could be fun, but this took things to a whole new level! Allows me to get the dance "feel" and achieve high intensity without having to learn insanely-difficult choreo (b/c the choreo that's at my level to learn doesn't reach this level of intensity, although I'm sure learning and practicing it helped b/c they don't wear me out like the used to when I was first learning it). I'm proud that I can get my heart rate up to cardio and even peak ranges for an extended period of time (the cardio ranges at least, and achieving "peak" heart beat rate via a workout I actually ENJOY is a feat haha). Thank you SO much!

    Wwwoooo absolutely dripping in sweat!! This one is definitely one of my all times faves and Come and Get it and Naturally killed me, I’m so glad Slow Down was a slower one!! I only have 5 weeks until my holiday to Miami and trying to shed some pounds and this makes exercise fun :)

    just finished the workout. still panting and catching my breath. Loved it Em! I am super lazy when it comes to exercising but lately I'm growing by the inches and clothes are beginning to tighten, so I thought I'd better immerse myself into the dance workout and get fit and lose weight in the process too. Thanks so much Em for these fun workouts. Love from Goa, India.
