Made this last night and in the beginning before I put in the chicken I kind of didn’t want to cause it was sweet cause of the coconut cream but I had to respect the process. After the 10 minutes it was amazing!!! Husband and daughter absolutely loved it. Thank you.

I made this today, but instead of the chicken I added broccoli (because my guest was vegetarian) and I mixed some dry red chillis with the garlic and added it in. Absolutely delightful! It was soo good! Everyone loved it and my whole kitchen smelt like a Thai restaurant. 10/10 recipe! :)
I made this for dinner last night. It was easy to follow and make. I served with white rice and cans canned green beans. It was amazing! I used skinless boneless thighs. Also I added diced yellow onion.
I was told by my mum I couldn't cook, we live in 2 different provinces, So she hasn't tasted my cooking yet, But my life partner has been my biggest support. Thanks to Marion, I've become a master. Bless you for making your recipes simple to understand, easy to substitute and basic enough for everyone to follow.
Cooked this for lunch today with some mashed potatoes. Oh boy it was delish! Even my 3 years old liked it so much. Never thought the old coconut cream I frequently use for curry and gulai would wonderfully replace heavy cream in western sauces like this. 😊🎉

@@Jdes9924 If you don't have cream readily on hand (which happens to me a lot when I search for recipes), like Marion mentions when she adds the coconut cream. Luckily there are Vegan options for butter/margarine although they may not be accessible :/

Made this for my dinner tonight and it was so good, the coconut, lemon and chives made it taste so fresh somehow, it was really nice. Also I'm all about the butter. I used way less of everything else but accidently used the 50g of butter, im only just realising this. I would make it again tho, it was so easy, thank you.

@@christoohunders5316 purified butter (ghee) comes to mind here. Or, she could substitute for oil. I wouldn't because I don't have to and butter is one of the last things I would ever deny myself should I go vegan or something.

I missed this video earlier somehow. Just made this tonight. Holy moly- it's so amazing. I used a whole ( cut up) chicken as I had one in my freezer so cooking time was bit longer. The combo of the mushrooms in butter with the thyme is so savory. It is so unbelievably good. ❤❤❤❤

I fried the chicken until it’s crunchy and dark brown and I topped it off with the sauce , it’s to die for!
