Interesting device that!, I had a real problem with my trk's chain when I first bought it as it rusted almost immediately, was not happy with this fact so changed the chain for a JT chain which was a good move for me, no rust and problem solved, don't know if it was just a bad batch etc.....Good review, and a good idea for ease of maintenence.

Thanks for checking out the channel. I am in the process of changing my chain due to rust issues too. Ride safe 👍

Extra bike! Is it possible to achieve 30 kmpl or 80 85 ukmpg at 50mph in 6 gear easy relax solo ride without the panniers on the open nice flat road?? Constant speed.. I m 6 foot or 180cm...100kg

I have never worked out mpg fuel ratio but when I'm on tour with panniers and top box fully loaded plus a bag on the rear seat I get around 230 miles to a tank of fuel. Ride safe 👍

@@BikeRiderReviews thanks.. What s your average speed on that trips?

@@ivanmaric4752 My tours usually incorporate all types of roads, dual carriage ways, fast A roads and B roads right down to single track roads, my speed will differ from around 75mph right down to 30mph so at a guess I would say an average of around 40 - 50mph.

Why can't you just jet wash it all without the guard

Hi thanks for checking out the review. From what I have seen about jet washing chains it may not be a good idea. The high pressures may damage the o or x seals allowing water ingress into the link pins which will cause excessive wear or reduction in movement in the links. Also using a designated chain cleaner solution will dissolve and remove the old chain lube more effectively. Ride safe 👍

There's also the benefit of less crap ending up on your floor, in drains and groundwater.
