Really fun and awesome hack 'n' slash. The graphics are good, there's level variety and the controls feel smooth. Difficulty is fairly easy with lots of health pickups and checkpoints. I played on normal.
There's relics to be found every stage which can be used for upgrades (more zen, more hp, higher strength). I tried to pick up all of them but I missed a few and tried not to be too perfectionistic about it because it's only important to have maximum strength and health anyway. Upgrading your zen meter is just a nice bonus. I also freed all prisoners I came across and only missed one or two in the entire game. Rescuing them is quite pointless though because the swords they give you don't seem to do any extra damage (and after the swords reward there's nothing else to gain).
The video is a fairly good run, but I definitely could've improved it by skipping enemies, not collecting as many relics and not freeing prisoners.. but I'm not trying to speedrun here, just keep a good pace. The first half of the video was actually recorded a second time as I wasn't satisfied with it, so you might see a difference in relics there all of sudden although the upgrades are the same.

I couldn’t really tell you why, but I love this game to death.
Then you'll love the one they just made for ps4 and Xbox one this year..
It's canon to the story too. It finishes Jack's story after the end of the adult swim season.

Because you’re in control of a dope ass cartoon show how is that not cool as fuck the older we get we forget we don’t really care about games as much as we used to even the fun ones even if I do play all the time when playing games as a kid it would hit different 80% of the time it doesn’t matter what I play I could vibe with any game just being in the world was so cool
Rn I’m playing battlefield 1 this is random but if you’re tired of cod or whatever you play try battlefield 1 even though it was made in 2016 the graphics are some of the best in gaming the atmosphere is crazy immersive and the gameplay is satisfying as fuck you’re supposed to have 2 teams of 32 sometimes you’re missing a few people but you will always have at least 50 people playing it’s my favorite first person shooter rn and probably will stay that way forever

Nintendo should remake this & Batman Vengeance as exclusives for the switch. Since the system is more so tailored for cartoonish graphics.
Exclusives are wrong. Cartoonish games are on ps4/xbox one/pc too, see Crash and Spyro games for example, and everyone can enjoy them.
They just want them exclusive to the switch so they feel special
