Morning Yoga to Energize & Stretch-30 Minute Vinyasa Yoga

  • Welcome to this morning yoga flow to energize and stretch the body. We'll begin with a quick warm-up before heading into our vinyasa sequence then move back down to the floor to stretch and cool down. I'm glad you're here :)
    Vinyasa style yoga allows us to challenge ourselves by building heat in the body while practicing strength, balance, mobility and flexibility. This is a more flowing style of yoga where each breath is linked to a pose. By focusing on the breath, we can learn to bring a sense of calm to the body and mind while challenged. Modifying poses and using props to make poses more accessible is encouraged.
    Remember, being challenged in yoga is good, but pain in a pose is not. If you feel pain, slowly come out of the pose and modify as needed.

    Mam I really enjoy your session and after doing it for past week ,i am feeling very relaxed through out the day also being an office going person it really relaxed the stiff muscle

      Hi! I try to upload 1 yin video a week and 1 vinyasa video a week (usually Wednesdays and Saturdays). Over the course of the month, the entire body should be targeted 🙂
