      You no need to use the same chilli which I used here. Please try to use any of the chilli available in your nearest grocery.

      @AnshRus 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you go to the Indian store, look for Byadgi chili in the whole spices isle. They are less spicy but add a flavor/color punch.

    Hi great video. Can you heat in a pot instead of pressure cooker that goes on stove? What are the consideration? Ty!

    • @bhusanur.cooking
      @bhusanur.cooking  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes you can! Choose a large, heavy-bottomed pot or saucepan. Add the soaked moong beans and the desired amount of water. Place the pot on the stove over medium heat. Bring the contents to a boil. Once it's boiling, reduce the heat to low and cover the pot with a lid. Allow the moong beans to simmer gently. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking, and add more water if needed to achieve your desired consistency. Follow the remaining steps

    Best way to create acidity and joint pain:
    1. pressure cook dal, without removal of scum
    2. Put water in the tadka
