- I have been struggled with second half of 100m and I need to get it at least same level than it was last year. With this kind of workouts I'll make it.

Try 12 x 400 with 2 minutes rest. Now that is lactic! I did that in my youth.
(1500, 800 training). Now as a master's runner 6 x 300 with 2 minutes rest is my staple (400m training). Still difficult but not nearly as masochistic.
Middle distance runners are nuts😂I can’t even run a single 400m so that would be way too hard for me😅
