Thank you Chris I have learned a lot from you. You are God sent. I already ordered 2 products last night. My face looks terrible. I had a double chin even when i was 99 lbs and young. Now that I am on my early 60's that chin is of the chain. I have been consistent with my exercise , but I have to target the chin in order for it to work. By the way you look fantastic. My husband and son thought you were on your on late 30's. God job! you are an inspiration.
I love your ideas and that you have tested them. I'm 65 and I look at least 15 to 20 years older than you. But I'm looking younger as I take your tips and use them.❤😂😊
I have been dermaplaning lately as part of my exfoliation routine and then follow with a glycolic acid serum. I used to use a buff puff when I was a teenager, great tip, I'll have to pick one up, I thought they would be too harsh
Hi Chris, my skin is sensitive and prone to rosacea breakout for years and have had very bad experience using AHA/BHA products. How can I exfoliate my skin ?
@@margottfon330 It's at convenience stores, grocery stores, amazon. Just look for names like Lifewatr, Pure, even Perrier. Ask someone in a grocery store to point the brands out for you, you'll find it. YW!
@@sharroon7574 You mean baking soda w/a bit of electrolyte water is too rough for your skin? I can't do the buff puff for face or body, too rough. Sensitive skin is tough to deal with!
@FastingStarChanelNo5 Baking soda is very alkaline, so yes, it can be very harsh on skin. I can't imagine the electrolite water would change that fact.
Occusoft has a product for this. If you are having no irritation from what your doing then you are likely ok. Eyecream products formulated with retinol are as strong as I would go (following package instructions)
@@CHRISGIBSONLIVE i’m using Medik8 Bakuchiol peptides serum instead of retinol. Also is there way of improving eczema scar pigmentation please on my face?
I wish I could use all the hard core such as Rx retinol, and the products you just used, even if I is Kiehles micro dose retinol , with a little moisturizer on top I have zits, every single time, it's depressing that I can't get to a higher dose if retinol. Peter Thomas Roth body cream retinol is fine, but my face is like a no fly zone for retinol and acids. Oh bother😢
Hi Chris, it's Frank again. Do you ever steam your face or is it not a good Idea? I've been doing it for sometime now. It seems to work. But I just thought I'd ask.
Good morning Chris and thank you for this video and your Extensive knowledge. I run a vaporizer in my room yes or warm mist, old-fashioned vaporizer. I also have a hygrometer to measure the level of humidity in my bedroom. I get between 40% and 75% moisture in my bedroom. I understand the value of slagging, but isn’t real humidity as valuable or more valuable, and I seriously would appreciate an answer. To my question. Have a great day.😊 Ginger
Both are helpful - the humidity is of course helpful overall, slugging traps residual moisture in the skin over night and pluses your skin care products
I AM SO CONFUSED ABOUT WHAT PRODUCTS ARE FOR ME. I AM 60 BUT PEOPLE SAY I LOOK 35....BUT I NOTICED MY AGE IS SHOWING . SKIN IS PUFFY. I USED TO USE DR. PERRICONE BUT SOMETHING ABOUT HIS PRODUCTS CHANGED RADICALLY WHEN HE INTRODUCED THE FISH OIL IN ALL HIS PRODUCTS. PLEASE HELP CHRIS....I KNOW YOU HAVE THE ANSWER BUT I PLAY YOUR VIDEOS UNTIL I FORGET. NOW , WHAT DO I REALLY NEED RIGHT NOW AT MY AGE. ?? WOULD YOU HELP😢 PLUS BEING SINGLE IS MAKING ME SELF CONSCIOUS.
Hi Chris can a person of 80 years use these products? I may be 80 but don’t look it. I use sunscreen and organic makeup products. Plus I have been eating organic fresh food for over 20 years. I do have four head wrinkles that I would like to improve also texture of chin. I do some face yoga. Also your neck exercises. Would like to add some of these products.
80 is not so much a factor as skin sensitivity and condition. I'd try the Versed Doctors Visit product first. It has both acids and should give good results. Always patch test first. The neck exercises are good as well.
I seriously don't know what 60 looks like anymore.

I use a konjac sponge with cerave foaming cleanser and it's heaven.
Can you please make a video of your exact morning and nightly routine?

I use the least expensive of all to exfoliate, baking soda ofc w/electrolyte water. Thx Chris.
))) I don't know how to get that water. TY..

Always enjoy your presentations.
Thank You.
Glad you like them!
60😮 wow.
Hi Chris, your videos are superb. I am wondering how to get rid of red skin along the bottom of my cheeks from nose to mouth? Thank you
try azelaic acid and also niacinamide. Followed by polyglutamic acid for moisturization and barrier repair. Let me know how that works
@@CHRISGIBSONLIVE Thanks a million Chris. I REALLY appreciate your advice.

Hi Chris. I was wondering if you have ever tried Drmtlgy eye "patches." 🤔
Yes I have - LOVE them. Have a review video on them as well.

Thank you for the tips. I used to use a buff puff years ago. I'm going to look for one again.

Chris how come you do not have any puffiness under your eyes?
I would like to know if you do Botox and filler treatment- if you are doing these-you should disclose.

I wonder way it say that you are located in ST Petersburg... before i prescribe

I thought exfoliating causes spider veins and cherry angiomas on the face. Especially over 50 years of age. 😢
