7:35 vitamins 8:05 1 egg yolk, 1 tsp (14 g) raw honey (preferably manuka honey), 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, mix well and apply to hands for 20 min. Then rinse off. Best time before bedtime. Only twice a week.
I would like to add another tip that I use daily: After washing hands with soap spray them with vinegar or lemon juice (to reset the pH balance). Apple cider vinegar is best but I just use standard clear distilled malt vinegar to keep the costs down. Lemon juice makes your hands smell lovely and you can just use the long life stuff in the bottle and keep it way beyond the expiry date as you're not going to be consuming it.
@Armichi Wellness be careful using citrus. You can actually cause bar rot on your hands. The acid in fruit eats at your skin. They call it bar rot because bartenders cut so much citrus daily.
8:03 1. Egg yolk - it has essential fats and vitamins + lecithin 2. 14gr (1 tea spoon) of honey 3. 26gr (2 tea spoons) of extra virgen olive oil Leave for 20 min Use it at most twice a week.
When a different hand is used to represent the difference you are suggesting it seems like you are not showing the real results. That is not good. You should say that in the picture.
Today after 237 days in my weight loss journey I hit the 100lb loss mark. Thanks for all of your great information! I couldn’t have done it without this channel. Update I’m currently down 117 lbs 301 days in. Today is day 365 and I made it to 129.2 pounds lost. Keep grinding friends!
For my own reference. 1 egg yolk I tsp of manuka honey 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil Mix them all up. Apply to hand for 20mins. Rinse it off. Twice a week. Best to apply at night as we don't wash our hands as often at night. Edit: Hi guys. The thanks and accolades should go to Dr Berg, not me. And I'm sorry, I can't answer your questions. I'm not the expert here. 😅 And thanks to those who spend time answering questions from other viewers. I can't add anything valuable to the conversation until I've tried this remedy myself.
In Switzerland, all the water came from the Alps. Even the shower water. You could drink it straight in the shower. The water leaves your skin soft and beautiful. I love Switzerland 🇨🇭
@Bailey G I lived in Germany in the early 90s (now back in California) and noticed that people tend to live a healthier way of life out there! I noticed a huge difference, and that was decades ago!
I haven't used this for a while and came back to get that recipe. I love it! 69 and getting younger! I took your course and have reversed my age, lost 40+ pounds, look and feel better and better! You saved my life.
My grandmother made a mix of sugar and olive oil, sometimes she'd add either lemon or apple cider vinegar to it, and used this on her hands and even face. She was in her 80s and had NO wrinkles. Saggy yes, because of her age and bone decay, but her skin was incredibly flawless.
don’t use manuka honey It’s inflated prices are due to a slick marketing strategy All raw honey’s contain medicinal and cosmetic benefits that the man mentioned Preferable to use raw honey from your own geographical area There are many medical studies available that confirm this “Eat under your own fig tree”😊
8:02 1 egg yolk, 1 tsp raw honey (preferably manuka), and 2 Tbls extra virgin olive oil. Mix well, apply to hands in the evening before bed and let set for 20 min. Rinse hands after 20 min and go to bed. Try not to wash hands as to allow the application to continue to nourish your hands through the night. Can use this application up to 2x’s weekly.

As an ex nurse and now alternative medicine disciple of 73 yrs I follow Dr. Berg who gives me confidence in myself and is not promoting his products incessantly as do many others.I believe that he just wants us all to understand our bodies better. Thank you 💐🥰👏🏼
liz Thornton • You state you're now a disciple of alternative medicine of 73 years. You also call yourself an ex nurse - say you started nursing at 21 after studying nursing - 21+73=94 you would also have been a practicing nurse for at least a few years, between 5 and 10 years at the least. There is no way lady that you are over a hundred years of age. A tech savvy 110 year old 😂 Cut the lies and for all those that liked your comment - you are all gullible fools 😂
Dr. Berg, if this video was made by anyone else online (including a lot of Dr.s) there would be an affiliate link to some product that doesn't actually work. I'm so happy you are not a sellout and I encourage you to keep your videos pure from "sponsorships". Keep up the amazing work and God Bless you and your family.

I have extremely dry skin. Today I used this mixture for the first time. Absolutely amazing. Much better results than any commercial product I have ever used. Thank you, Dr. Berg!
Me too. I got rid of my cracked heels using it. Now I make a plantain salve that is amazing. Coconut oil and mashed plantain herb ( picked from my lawn and heated on low to get out the water. Even better than plain coconut oil. I use it on my face too.

I was brought up to always keep vaseline in the house but heard Dr Berg and other doctors say this was harmful so I stopped using it. I switch to vitamin E oil but hated the way my hands looked. I have always had old looking hands even in my 20's because I refused to use gloves when cleaning with bleach and other cleaning solvents . I wear gloves now to protect my hands . I have been using this remedy for 2 weeks and I couldn't believe the drastic change in my hands . I'm no longer embarrassed of my hands anymore. I know this may seem like a small thing to most people. But a huge t thing for me . Thanks Dr Berg. You. and your wife's videos are changing peoples lives everyday. 🦋🦋
Thank you. I’m also embarrassed with how dry and cracked my hands are and also my feet. I’ve tried EVERYTHING and nothing seems to help. I’ve been to the dermatologist and they prescribed antibiotics to make it’s not a fungus and steroid crème. But steroid creams don’t heal. so I hope that this recipe helps my hands like yours. Thank you for giving us an update
I lather organic coconut oil on my face, neck, arms and hands every night before bed, and it’s a tremendous natural moisturiser that my skin seems to love.
1 egg yolk 1tablespoon of manuka honey 2tablespoon of olive oil Mix them and leave on the hands for 20mins before washing (2x a week) Thank you Dr Berg! 🐱👍🏿
Sophia Loren, despite having amazing genetics of beauty ( also Raquel Welch) attributed there skin to daily use of olive by way on ingestion and used as a moisturizer. My Grandmother used yolks and honey of the farm as her face "mask" and in winter used bag balm( I know its not natural) but its to keep cow utters soft in the windy Midwest, but she also used it on her hands and it prevented all chapping....
Thank you Dr Berg. I tried this today but not just my hands, I did my whole face, neck, décolletage and arms! All feel soft and look to have a healthy brightness
Back in the 6o's and 70's, a lot of us did the natural thing. We make egg yolk face and hair masks, French clay face masks, honey on pimples, mashed avocado on rashes, and so on. These seem to be making a comeback. 😀
Mary Mah1 second ago I hate to report that, uber-hippie that I was at the time, none of those things worked for me. Now, that might be because even back then I suffered from immune and autoimmune disorders. But after that era, I found that the more expensive pharmaceutical and beauty products DID work for me. "Pharm" at that time is nowhere near what Big Pharma is today (thank God), and I have some of the past issues better in hand (I suppose), so I would be willing to give these kind of remedies a second chance.

Hi Dr Berg, I am 63 yrs old and I work in the healthcare field. Like you descirbed, since the onset of the pandemic, all the extra hand washing and hand sanitizer have made my hands extremely dry and during the last two winters I have developed very painful Chillblaines that last for months. I can't wait to try your dry skin remedy! I have just started Intermittent Fasting, and I'm trying very hard to eliminate sugar b/c I want to live healthy and active no matter my age. Your advice and encouragement are very helpful to me. Thank you!
I'm older than you and if your in good health and you most likely were checked out is ok for fasting I don't believe in it though as there is proof that if you diet often it can (?) do a number on your heart or cardiovascular system I dieted to often when younger and honestly paying for it now My Mom and others too advocated just eating less a little at a time and keeping liquids when you can in your system too She lost over 30 Lbs in 3 Mos
You should try a hand sanitizer from the heath food store. Do not ever use the regular one. This is probably asking the impossible, but there is something in that stuff which causes horrific side effects. I used it consistently for a week and had non stop migraines (which I've never had). They went away as soon as I switched to a natural sanitizer.
Take a few drops of lemon/lime juice in your palms. Add a few grains of sugar. Rub the mixture all over your hands till the sugar kind of dissolves. Rinse with water. Do it every day to get soft hands.
@@joyfulj1663 yes I was agreeing with you 😂, even though sugar it’s our worse enemy when it goes into your blood stream where it causes the damage, rubbing it in your skin for a few minutes it’s not going to raise your blood sugar, I was telling this to the other user..😄
I egg yolk, 1 tsp honey (14 grams), preferably Manuka honey, 2Tbsp (26 grams) extra virgen Olive oil (cold pressed real stuff), mix together and put on skin for 20 minutes. Wash off. Preferably before bed. Do this 2 times a week.
Random Skin Tips: To soften my hands and skin I first exfoliate w/salt and lemon or sugar and lemon and then rinse. Next, I really massage in avocado and/or honey and then after a few minutes I rinse and moisturize. Everything I do to my face and neck, I do to my hands. I carry a small glass spray bottle of olive or avocado oil as moisturizer, when I'm out and about. Only applying to damp/wet skin. I use a shower filter called Water Stick. And for moisturizing all of my skin I use a mix of mainly coconut oil (it's super hydrating) and then some olive or avocado oil (for the nutrients). In the Wintertime I add Shea Butter to protect my skin from the harsh elements. Also, I only apply the mix of oils/butter on damp/wet skin! I exfoliate my skin with a body brush every other day and I exfoliate with the sugar/salt once a week. I prefer pink salt, but any salt does the trick! If it helps, I'm known for soft skin 😂 Also, I have a friend with SUPER SOFT hands, she told me that every night she slathers her hands in Vitamin E oil and puts on these special gloves.
Have you ever tried cornmeal to exfoliate with? I have used it on my face and it makes it super soft! Thanks for the info too. Just wondering if you've ever experimented with cornmeal type granules.
@@nilaja5380 I like the info you shared too! I just wanted your opinion. You seem like an experienced woman. Thanks! Can't wait to hear what you think! God bless you!
I warm some coconut oil to liquid and then add vitamins E oil and stir it up real well and then let it cool to a soft solid. I use that as a lotion for my 70 year old hands and forearms and it makes them happy and not dry.
I use vitamin E oil, in the morning and nights. Tomorrow I will try both what do you use in your hair? My hair is so dry. I use 4 different conditioners in my hair, I wash my hair about 1 a week . Thank you 😊
@@bettymacallister3475 You can warm up 1/2 a teaspoon of grapeseed oil in the microwave. Massage it on your head. Put hair up in a bun and put on a disposable shower cap or plastic bag. Leave oil on for 15 min or so. Wash hair twice and Both your hair and scalp will be healthy and shiny:)
I use bee wax and olive oil, heat, apply everyday. My hands younger back to Grade 6 in school 🏫 Dr. Berg, your suggestions are so powerful! Thank you for your efforts!
I have used this for four weeks. I live in a very cold climate. I keep hand cream and lip balm everywhere. I prefer to use natural products but they don't really do the job for my hands. I noticed a difference after one treatment with this concoction. I haven't needed any hand cream since the first treatment! Now I'm going to go search and see if Dr Berg has a lip treatment lol

@@Drberg Hello! Thanks for the informative video. I have a question about not washing your hands, but rather just rinsing them after using the egg mixture; isn’t it unsafe to not wash raw egg yolk off your hands due to possible salmonella exposure? Does the honey somehow cancel out salmonella?
Olive oil + coconut oil works better on my skin, than lotions. And i avoid products that have petroleum as one of the ingredients. Fortunately olive-oil-based beauty products from local brands are affordable ✨
My Mom always told me to rub fresh lemon juice into my hands and rest my elbows in the squeezed out skin or either a lemon or an orange. Now I understand why it helped.
I noticed great improvement after just one session. I’m so excited! For years I’ve been suffering. Couldn’t touch things because the tips of my fingers were so tender. Thank you.
I wash frequently amd empathize with you but surprised the medical professionals still use alcohol and antibacterial gels and antibacterial soaps that dry skin..break down skin..cause sores and allow introduction of bacteria when science has proven that plain soap and water work just as well and do not compromise the skin. I have worked in kindergarten classes where misinformed germophobic teachers force small children to apply large amounts of antibacterial gel to their hands up to 8 times a day. This was long before covid. Asking them to wash with soap and water at sink after bathroom and before meals is all they need. Those kids also absorbed all that alcohol into their little bodies all day everyday through their skin and mouth since their hands are in mouth a lot..that cannot be good.
My mum and grandma used to do this to their hands and face and their skin is so smooth. My mum also likes to wear thin cotton gloves before bed after this treatment. The next day , her hands are still soft.
I’m an Independent Latino. Small 0 fat organic yogurt, honey and half lemon (add more honey if you feel skin irritated).Mix very well spread to hands, elbows basically all over your body if you want. 10 minutes wash off absolutely stunning porcelain skin. I love you Doc.
Okay, tremendous difference in just three weeks! I can't believe this, I'm so impressed with my new hands. I've shared this with everyone that knows me and they concur, this has been a transformation. But the cool part is that I really did notice that after day 1 there was huge difference. Thank you again, Dr. Berg. I hope that you don't get tired of me telling you how brilliant you are🤭
@@Sana.1991 Manuka honey is sold in stores. It is expensive, and only using it for minimal uses will be most cost effective as it will last longer. Make sure you get Manuka honey with a UMF rating at 10 or higher and the ingredients state "Monofloral MGO 263+. This means the honey has been tested and certified to contain the minimum 263 mg of methylglyoxal. The UMF rating is a grading system that appraises the natural markers (healing properties) in the honey as well as insures the purity and quality of the honey. Pure Manuka honey made from pure Manuka nectar will have these listed on the label and ingredients.

Dr Berg, i have tried this and it works really well. I want to mention that I tried it on my face with fantastic results. It cleared the fine lines on my face. I am going to do that maybe once a month.
My Daughter works in the lab at the Hospital and always complains about dry over washed hands, I'm going to tell her to watch this! great video Dr. Berg
My daughter’s a nurse and the very frequent hand washing is reeking havoc with her hands. Our skin is the biggest organ and protects us from serious infections, so it makes complete sense to take care of it. A Dermatologist who specialises in the skin here in the UK, says we should only daily wash these areas. The 4 P’s: The pinkies (fingers) The piggies (toes & feet) The pits (armpits) And the privates (self-explanatory)
This is a time tested recipe. My grandmother used this in the 1950s when I lived with her (I was 4). The type of honey, I think! Doesn’t matter as long as it is real and preferably raw and unfiltered. As an ex beekeeper, I know that all honey is antibacterial, and anti viral. The native Americans know this long before the European incursion. Honey has NO water or air, so pathogens that need water and oxygen are suffocated.
I immediately followed your hand cream recipe and it works wonders. Especially after having worked with building plaster in my office transformations the last 10 days, which really kills ones hands. So thank you very much for that. All your videos are really great.
I have dry dry cuticles. They crack, peel and sometimes bleed. I tried this for that reason and after just one application I could not believe it! It worked and I thank you for sharing!
So much more respect for you, Dr. Berg, after you added that little bit in about living peacefully with each other. In 2022 it's baffling that some humans still believe in and practice toxic mind sets and belief systems.
I prepared the mask and begon to rub it on my hands. It felt nice: sticky and oily at the same time. As there still was plenty of it, I've applied the rest on my face and in my hair (short pixie hier). The dog sensed a possible treat and didn't leave my side for the rest of the evening. Great results though!
Some of the best info here. I recommend looking into Korean natural farming as it teaches you how to make the absolute best microbial inoculations for the garden. Everything you make for your plants is also made for human consumption, I've been experimenting with their fermented seawater as something I spray on after I shower. I found that I dont sweat as much, dont smell, have softer skin, washing my body with soap is unnecessary, clearer pores, skin grabs onto things super easy or slides super easy depending on what I want, dont seem to get as hot or cold just way more comfortable overall.
Dr. Berg, I think you actually look very good with the growing part. You have the 'je ne sais quoi' look about you with that slight shadow. Hope Karen likes it, too. ☺ Good luck and thank you for this video, very helpful.
Re: dry skin/ lotions. Worked in health food stores since mid 70's learning also from customer knowledge & response to trying stuff. As u said pH of skin is acid, so before putting a good lotion on it its best to give the skin an acidic splash, ie: (in water) add a squirt of: lemon, apple cider vinegar, or Aloe vera. Let it dry then oil up. Many have gotten good results. Thanks for your programs
Oh Dr. Berg, first I will stop puttig vaseline on my hands, next I pledge I will wear gloves when washing dishes or gardening, third, tomorrow will buy the manuka honey and forth the 20 minutes "hand mask" will be a great time to try to do some meditation. This is perfect like treating your hands and still being productive as the skin gets nourishment!! Thanks for sharing! I have olive oil I will use that. I need to buy more oils like almond and avacado, etc...
Not just lotion. Especially on women Hair dye makeup nail polish Many shampoo's conditioner has certain cancer causing chemicals. And the food we eat. So basically it's everything. I just read article on laundry detergent.
I must say thank you for all of your tips and tricks in a healthy way. I notice my hands have improved since using glycerin and oil at night, and my overall skin is improving since taking cod liver oil. Thank you Dr, Berg
My skin has gotten noticeably better!! I only drink water, kefir water or black coffee. No alcohol. I take cold showers twice a day/only soap at night before bed. Take collagen supplements, and don’t eat sugar/heavy carbs/processed foods. I eat eggs daily. And I also wear raw shea butter daily. It lasts all day and has healing properties! My skin is shiny and glows.
Thank you, i have chickens, local honey, and the best olive oil, so i am ready. For years my hands have been so dry to the point my finger tips crack open. Several fingers, all winter long. I've tried everything, and nothing has worked. The one med that i used, was a cream that could cause cataracts in my eyes if it happened to get in them. I didn't use it long, but long enough to see it was not working. Dr Berg, I'm giving ths a try, and thank you again.
I am 77 and I take D3,K2 every day. I think this does not apply to me lol I can proove it at 77. I do put Coconut oil on them & I do intermittent fasting. Nothing wrong with looking older if you are old. 🙃

Dr Berg you are my Go TO DOCTOR I share your videos to all my friends and clients. The world is a better place with people like you 👏🏽love the beard by the way 👍🏽
I'm gonna try this but with grassfed beef tallow instead of olive oil. Over 80% of olive oils sold today are either diluted (cut) with inferior oils and or very oxidized by the time they reach store shelves. I use pure, rendered grassfed beef tallow as my go-to moisturizer and it has worked wonders for the skin on my face and hands.
I cleaned my toenails last night and painted them sparkly dusty pink colour. 💅 Little things like that make the biggest difference. Always use gloves when washing dishes / handling chemicals or gardening. Sometimes I use a little mct or coconut 🥥 oil as a hand cream.
You don't need the horribly expensive Manuka honey. Good quality honey has all of the same properties. Maybe not quite as much but way more cost effective. And local honey has other benefits.
@@MK-hh1vo Also watch his video on subclinical polegra for dry, red hands. I think he says the cause is a B1 or B2 deficiency. To heal it, you have to take unfortified nutritional yeast. Kind of surprised he didn't mention it here.

If you have dry hair, mix the egg yolk(or whole egg) honey(2oz, 1/4cup) and olive oil(2tbls) into your rinse out conditioner (or substitute cond with banana) leave on/ sit under dryer for 20min and upwards. Rinse . Especially Afro haired ladies. Conditions hair, grows wild.
Thank you Dr. Berg. My hands have been quite dried out from constant washing, trying to get the moisture back in with vit E products and other lotions. This video makes so much sense. For hand washing I add an 1/2 oz witch hazel as a disinfectant to 4 oz liquid soap. (14% grain alcohol) it’s not AS drying. Works okay in a foam dispenser but you have to shake it every time because it separates. I’ve noticed that my hands haven’t hurt as much. I’m a huge hand washer.
It's really refreshing to see a doctor talk about real medicine, thank you for sharing this once accepted but now heavily ridiculed knowledge. I'll subscribe to that.

Ok to use on other body parts like feet elbows face?
I would like to add another tip that I use daily: After washing hands with soap spray them with vinegar or lemon juice (to reset the pH balance). Apple cider vinegar is best but I just use standard clear distilled malt vinegar to keep the costs down. Lemon juice makes your hands smell lovely and you can just use the long life stuff in the bottle and keep it way beyond the expiry date as you're not going to be consuming it.
Thank you !appreciated
@Armichi Wellness be careful using citrus. You can actually cause bar rot on your hands. The acid in fruit eats at your skin. They call it bar rot because bartenders cut so much citrus daily.

I hate to report that, uber-hippie that I was at the time, none of those things worked for me.

Random Skin Tips:
To soften my hands and skin I first exfoliate w/salt and lemon or sugar and lemon and then rinse.
If it helps, I'm known for soft skin 😂
Also, I have a friend with SUPER SOFT hands, she told me that every night she slathers her hands in Vitamin E oil and puts on these special gloves.

oooo yes update
Always do the wash instead of alcohol gel you will notice the deffernce!
How do your hands look now?
My mum and grandma used to do this to their hands and face and their skin is so smooth. My mum also likes to wear thin cotton gloves before bed after this treatment. The next day , her hands are still soft.

Thank you for this comment, it might well be the answer to smothering out other skin type growths for people who have them. Many blessings!
Do you know how long this recipe will keep in the fridge? Or you have to make a new batch weekly?
Thank you!
That’s a beautiful thought! Honey is a perfect food 🐝 to think of not having bees is a dismal prospect 😞
I immediately followed your hand cream recipe and it works wonders. Especially after having worked with building plaster in my office transformations the last 10 days, which really kills ones hands. So thank you very much for that. All your videos are really great.
Please share where I may find Dr. Berg's hand cream recipe. Thanks!
Quality content! Its great that you are spreading awareness of the huge benefits of friendly bacteria 👍
I have dry dry cuticles. They crack, peel and sometimes bleed. I tried this for that reason and after just one application I could not believe it! It worked and I thank you for sharing!
As a hairstylist I appreciate this so much! My hands look 20 years older than I am.
Same with people in healthcare.
@@carianin5293 Because they use hand sanitizer. That's the worst thing anyone can use on their hands. *Hand sanitizer should be BANNED!*

I was thinking about how much of that stuff I went through most of last year. My hands were a microbe wasteland.
Same here. Hairstylist and ruined hands 😩
Well that's not too bad. In the Highly misleading thumbnail there's at least a 40 year difference.
So much more respect for you, Dr. Berg, after you added that little bit in about living peacefully with each other. In 2022 it's baffling that some humans still believe in and practice toxic mind sets and belief systems.
I just Love Dr. Berg!!! He literally has made a video for EVERYTHING I’ve ever wanted information about!! Thanks so very much for your Time Doc!!
That's nothing. Happy to make videos that can help you all.
😂😂😂😂
It's ok, dear! Dogs sensing you as a possible treat isn't as dangerous as ppl sensing you that way. :))
Hahaha your dog. I was thinking of doing my face too. Didn't think about the hair. Awesome idea!
@Paul Smith naaah…
Good to know it works. Who doesn't have dry skin right now?
Dr Berg is a mind reader. He just knows what people are going through. Amazing 🙏🏼
Omg so true!! I was told to be careful with lotions after being diagnosed with cirrhosis….love this Dr 🙏🏼❤️
Why lotion
I just tried this and wow, it works waaaay better than any hand lotion I’ve ever used. I’m just wondering if I could use it everyday.
Doctor, you are changing many lives!!! God Bless you and big thanks!!
I don’t have enough words to thank you Dr Berg 🙏🏻…. It’s showing the effects from the first use itself 👍🏼👍🏼
That's great! Happy to help!
@@Drberg can we use this remady for face wrinkles?
Really does it works?
I love massaging almond oil on my hands right before I wash the dishes- I use rubber gloves to wash and hot water. My hands feel great.
This is perfect like treating your hands and still being productive as the skin gets nourishment!! Thanks for sharing! I have olive oil I will use that. I need to buy more oils like almond and avacado, etc...
I tried it and I will be doing this every time I wash dishes! Thanks again!
No problem ❤️ My skin, hair & nails are always on the dry side. I'm always trying to moisturize where I can & might as well while doing the dishes LOL
@@aimeerae209 My dry hands thank you 😂 I now look forward to washing dishes for my next fancy oil treatment 😌🤣

I am healthy care worker so I wash my hands alot, so I have extremely dry hands. Thank you Dr Berg, I am going to start using this remedy.
Not just lotion. Especially on women
Hair dye makeup nail polish
Many shampoo's conditioner has certain cancer causing chemicals.
Happy you found it useful! Be well!

Can you show me where dr berg give information about glycerin?
My skin has gotten noticeably better!! I only drink water, kefir water or black coffee. No alcohol. I take cold showers twice a day/only soap at night before bed. Take collagen supplements, and don’t eat sugar/heavy carbs/processed foods. I eat eggs daily. And I also wear raw shea butter daily. It lasts all day and has healing properties! My skin is shiny and glows.
Just curious, how much coffee do you drink a day, a cup or two?
@@neonnights3955 1-2 cups. I like black iced coffee.

How long do you leave it on for....thanks
Thank you, i have chickens, local honey, and the best olive oil, so i am ready.
For years my hands have been so dry to the point my finger tips crack open. Several fingers, all winter long. I've tried everything, and nothing has worked. The one med that i used, was a cream that could cause cataracts in my eyes if it happened to get in them. I didn't use it long, but long enough to see it was not working.
Dr Berg, I'm giving ths a try, and thank you again.
What olive oil have you found that you mention as the best, if you don't mind sharing? Been looking for a good one!
His tips on healthy keto and intermittent fasting also help to reduce a lot of dryness on skin.
I am 77 and I take D3,K2 every day. I think this does not apply to me lol I can proove it at 77. I do put Coconut oil on them & I do intermittent fasting. Nothing wrong with looking older if you are old. 🙃
Easy to say if you are a man. Must look younger if one is a single older woman and would like to change that.

LOVE Dr. Berg's informative and healthy videos! Just offering a correction to the recipe in the video. It should read one tablespoon of honey since he states 26 grams (2 Tablespoons) for EVO and 14 grams (1 Tablespoon) for honey
It would be nice if Dr. Berg could clear this question up. That's a lot of sticky honey.
You have to consider the fact that honey is heavier (more dense) than olive oil. I belive Dr's measurements are correct.

Dr Berg you are my Go TO DOCTOR I share your videos to all my friends and clients. The world is a better place with people like you 👏🏽love the beard by the way 👍🏽
Yea, I find he is quite attractive (read: sexy) with the beard.
Yes! I use this too on my skin! Love it.
Where do you get the pure grassfed beef tallow at a reasonable price? Thank you too for sharing.
I've always used udder balm on my hands in the winter to prevent dry hands and to keep my cuticles from splitting.
We do too. It bag balm

castor oil works great for my dry hands and lips in winter
I cleaned my toenails last night and painted them sparkly dusty pink colour. 💅 Little things like that make the biggest difference. Always use gloves when washing dishes / handling chemicals or gardening. Sometimes I use a little mct or coconut 🥥 oil as a hand cream.
This happens to my hands all the time, since we have to wash them constantly at the hospital. Thanks for the information
You don't need the horribly expensive Manuka honey. Good quality honey has all of the same properties. Maybe not quite as much but way more cost effective. And local honey has other benefits.
I need the honey that has the *most* of these properties. I'm will to pay top $ to repair my hands. But thanks for the tip.
@@MK-hh1vo well try first normal honey and if not work buy the expensive
