nothing can beat castor oil putting around d eyes lashes and eyebrows been doing it june 15 til today aug 23 my dark eyelids were lightened by far, my floaters were gone and my super crow eyes 👀were lessened i would keep on continuing. i havent yet notice my lashes grew thats what im excited to see. perhaps another three months.... guys its up to u 😁
I put castor oil mixed with rosehip seed oil all over my face, neck and chest, with an extra little bit around my eyes and brows. The only other thing I do is use a glycolic acid serum 2x a week, and I’ve cleaned up my diet. Been doing this for almost a year now and it’s healed my stubborn acne, almost completely erased my acne scars and fine lines (I’m 37), and evened out my skin tone (no more redness!). I firmly believe castor oil is a miracle in a bottle! 🥰🙌
Greetings from Poland. You do great work! I am impressed not only as a consumer but also as a doctor of public health. Your knowledge is impressive. Congrats!
I use your anti-puffy eye serum and your line filler product I would think yours would be better than those I know it changes so much, but can you make another morning routine video, I can’t keep up with this, lol.
I have been using a home gel that I made for dark circles under my eyes but but hasn’t done anything for my eye bags so far aquaphor is ok for moisturizer and gets rid of redness but not good for bags been do home made gel for dark circles since august 23,2024 and my eyes much brighter
Thank you so much! I toss and turn a lot!😊 My pillow is a different cut. Will have to get this one! Tried to teach myself to sleep on my back as well, but can't😂
Chris please don't take this as me being one of those people. But do you get botox? I'm 41 and feel i have a solid routine but have 3 forehead wrinkles that are very stubborn. It's mind blowing you're 60 congrats. Whether or not you do, are you aware of i can or should be it on just the forehead? Thanks so much for all you've done
No worries, I do not use botox. When and if I need it, I will consider it. Botox will help with forehead wrinkles by stopping that muscle movement. A bit of filler might be required to remove them completely. You cna also try forehead silicone patched - check otu SiO brand for those.
@CHRISGIBSONLIVE You're the best. Thanks so much for the quick response and understanding. I didn't mean that to be negative in any way. Will try ordering that product now as your rec are always spot on. I guess I was more concerned if only doing forehead would give odd look to rest of face. Wish sooo much I'd been obsessed with skincare like I have been last 14 months. Have all the basics including SPF and Tretinoin and tremendous results but these forehead wrinkles don't want to hit the road. Not against hiding with a light makeup either but clueless how there lol
@jcrider392 he says in other videos that he started when he was young before problems had time to get established. Early 20s he was the cool kid wearing sunscreen in the 80s. You might try derm rolling or micro needling if you haven't tried it. Never underestimate the value of good diet, supplements and exercise. Some dermatologist say if you get these things right you'll have no need for any topical products other than cleanser, retinoid, sunscreen. You don't only want to be healthy skin deep. Work on all your systems and good health with anti aging benefits will show in your outward layers off soft tissues. Even bone structures will effect your appearance as you get older.
@jamesrogers4674 Thanks so much for taking the time to give a response like that. May be old-fashioned, but I truly love seeing just simple acts of kindness. So, in a nutshell, here's a snapshot of my journey to now. Since late HS/College/and still I have been doing competitive natural bodybuilding. Fortunately, that's mostly means my diet is great and since I get a lot of bloodwork I will tweak it here and there as needed. So for 20+ years diet, exercise, etc (other than the few years of college partying, but I've never been a drinker, smoker, etc. HOWEVER virtually this entire nearly 2 decades has been no sunscreen, lots and lots of tanning beds and sun. Only skincare routine I knew was finding what lotion would get me darker as it really does help for competition day. Around 37 (just turned 41) it kind of hit me that I was getting cow's feet, and the deep wrinkles on forehead were bothersome. Also noticed I'd started losing my hair. So basically last 2-3 years, I've done prescription Minoxidil and propecia along with dermarolling and have virtually regrowth all my hair I've stopped tanning and just use the sprays for shows. Thanks to Chris and others and an amazing Dr, have been on a consistent routine of Tretinoin, Moisturizer, cleanser, and SPF EVERYDAY fir the last 14 months and the effects have been incredible. Texture, and ALL areas of aging aging sun damaged reversed and have become a different person that didn't realize how much healthy self confidence I'd lost. I'm 180, 7% of and as I prep for next show I feel and now mostly look most say early 30s but still having these forehead wrinkles as the last reminder of those years of neglect and at the point of feeling botox may be the best option to complete this journey, which would feel intrinsically as good any competition win. Sorry so long and probably good chance you've checked out buti appreciated your response alot and wanted to give entire journey that led to my question

😅I'm actually excited to spend almost 500 for 2 pillows😂Hey Chris, you said you take your pillow everywhere? Do you take it traveling with you? On the plane and or when you get a hotel on your vacations?
I have yet to find eye drops that don't sting like crazy. Why are you using tap crap water?? Never for me. Electrolyte water only on the largest organ of my body. I sleep well except for very noisy neighbors but I still manage. Thx Chris.

Castor oil is too heavy greasy for me, i prefer coconut oil way better.
