Dodge is helping push the world into full EV adoption by single handedly depleting all our gas reserves.

What's funny is my Charger Daytona actually gets better fuel consumption in the real world then my daily AWD Rav4. So wouldn't say totally true.
Honestly this cars design feels timeless. I've seen countless Chargers and Challengers and they just don't get old looking.
It's because it's already old looking with modern aesthetics. I think it looks good.

True. Its like the shape of the 911. Both are timeless.
Always felt this looks bland compared to the original charger. New challenger got bulkier and angrier than the original, yet new charger shrunk to something resembling chevy impala. it is not a bad looking car by any means, but definitely blander than it could have been.

The redeye motor is actually a detuned demon engine. Upgraded internals over the hellcat engine.
Does that mean this would be more reliable?

I always love a car that can do it all. Sport sedans are amazing in the fact that you can take your whole family for a trip, take your kids to school then go tear the track or the drag strip on the weekends.
The only noise a car should make. Nothing is as gorgeous
I'd argue a wagon would be nice. Like the dogdge magnum (but more stylish). Like the Audi RS6 Avant, Mercedes AMG E63 Wagon, etc.

Sadly the only way to get awd is get the trackhawk, durango hellcat or ram trx hellcat. Basically stuck with a suv or truck
@@raymonds7492 True, but I went from a 370Z (RWD) to a Q50 3.0tt AWD and I do not think I ever want to go back to RWD since I can even put the power down in the wet. Good point tho
@@marioespinosa6693 Yeah i've never driven an awd car only lost traction from a stop because i drive slow in the rain. my first car was a 380sl, i've only owner rwd v8 cars. The charger would weight even more with awd too.

@@TheStraightPipes Yes, but electrification is unrealistic when at least 80% of the world runs on ICE The problem around it is the fear mongering, resulting class warfare and general lack of education on the emissions that are created by charging the vehicles, manufacturing them and the impossibility of pushing the entire world electric. There is a perspective issue. People are being conditioned to view ICE as dirty and inefficient. Subsequently, we are abandoning ICE just as they're becoming the most efficient they have ever been. A Ford Model T got 13-21 MPG with 20 Hp and now you can get that kind of mileage in something with over 400 Hp. Which means ICE is the most efficient its ever been, just in time for us to go all in on a different propulsion that people wrongly believe to be more efficient and cleaner in every way. We hunt universal solutions that just do not exist, hurting each other in the process and going all electric will only take away mobility from people that cant afford to go electric, let alone buy an ICE vehicle (especially in an inflated market). When they are outlawed, the result will be more struggle, more division and more problems, not less of any of these things...all to make ourselves feel like we are clearer. Hubris. Sure this is "just a TH-cam channel" But in my eyes you are all on the front line of educating consumers on the reality of electrification, not just the idealistic joys of what they offer in the short term.

The goverment aint gonna come take away ur ICE truck you can drive it till the day u die man no one cares. For people like me who were spending over $500 a month in gas alone, eletric cars are a great money saving tool.

This Charger will always have a soft spot in my heart because it looks amazing, and also just sounds amazing with that 6.2L supercharged Hellcat V8~~ No one can build muscle cars better than Dodge in my opinion

Wow, the world's best sedan? It's the fastest I believe with a top speed of 203 mph!!! Also the sound, look, and usability I agree it may be the best overall fun car to have in the garage. Cars like this are what has made me a Dodge fan lately! Fun video guys
Audi rs7 is heavier than this and is faster makes less power but will kill it in race but from a dig maybe a hellcat

Ive actually gotten two challengers as RENTAL cars lately with hemis...and the power was incredible! Just the stock rental car version was one of the fastest, best handling, and most feature packed cars ive driven maybe ever! Incredible vehicles!! Dodge has seriously picked up the game with these cars and their ram trucks!

I got a hellcat manual in 2017 and daily drove it. The clutch to daily drive was a pain in the ass, it's very heavy. After about 8 months of that I ordered a 2018 hellcat widebody with the zf and never looked back. I'll have that car til I die.

I got a black one last summer. It puts a smile on my face every time I drive it. Wait until you put about 6000 kms on it - it gets ridiculously fast! It’s on another level compared to my 2019 Charger Hellcat. Just better in every sense.

I absolutely love the looks, the sound, and the entire idea of this car. The only thing that kept me from buying one is the ugly interior, and I ended up going with the new GT500. I wish I could own both...
