I was there (National Palace of Culture in Sofia). It was a joint concert of Freni and Ghiaurov under Emil Tchakarov as part of the New Year Music Festival that Tchakarov created and organised during the last years of his too short life. Nicolai and Mirella, I miss you both so much!!!!...
They showed this last night on TV in Portugal. I didn't understand the language notes so was unable to know where and what it was, but I did recognize the soprano and managed to track it down from there. Thanks for uploading!
