      I need a sweet snack healthy alternative for after dinner to get me off of my mini pecan pie habit. I warm 1- 45 secs top with honey and dash of cinnamon everyday after dinner lol it's been okay so far but I fear as I age this will catch up to me so find a good replacement for this that actually satisfies the craving and I will scream your name from the roof tops tell the world ...also a veggie replacement for my work break apple and clementine mandarin would be nice.

    My biggest saviour in my weight loss and health gain journey is that I stopped buying namkeen, matthi, chips, biscuits, cakes, etc. I eat home roasted peanuts and poha mixed with puffed rice whenever I crave some salty snack. And for my sweet cravings, I eat organic jaggery or dates. And last but not the least, removing white sugar completely from your diet really accelerates the weight loss process. Hope it helps!

    When my son and I went on holiday pre-Covid, our BnB was up a hill from the seaside town we visited. We walked into town every day for lunch, visited some attractions, then go back to the BnB, then walk back down for dinner, then back to the BnB afterwards. We did this every day for a week. I think it's the first time I actually lost weight while on holiday :)

    On my work table, I have a box of dates for my sugar cravings and a bottle of mixed roasted seeds (watermelon, pumpkin, flax, chia, sesame, gojiberry) and makhana (lotus seed) for my snack craving

    Love the video I pretty much follow this routine because I'm used to it after doing it for over 20yrs. People always compliment me head to toe thought I'm thankful I'm more into what I think about myself. I also took the body age test and I was a 27yr which is under half my age. I was impressed. I live as I live because I want to have none to minimum pains as I age and hopefully that will be years to come.

    Yes, so important to eat food that’s filling, healthy and makes us happy. Over 40, I’m actually several months away from 50, and I’ve been eating and living this way for years. Keep it up blusher

    Your voice reminds me of my childhood pediatrician and I find it so soothing. I do food prep on the weekends and portion out pepper strips, carrots, etc into snack sizes so I have something crunchy to eat if I need a snack. I also have portion-sized dinnerware that I use so it doesn't look like a tiny portion in the middle of a large plate. I need to work on eating at regular intervals. Unfortunately, work frequently gets in the way of that.

    I m 45 yrs old n in best shape n health..I agree with most of ur tips but promoting ready stuff doesn't go down well with me..I totally eat fresh healthy nutritious home cooked meals at fixed time n I m vegetarian..My lunch is a complete indian meal n dinner is light like Idli, khichdi, dal rice or vegetable tikki etc n eating early does help..if u again feel like eating then just a cup of milk is enough.. there's 'Moon milk' if u know that can b had before bed time n is very beneficial for 40+ women..from my experience I can surely say if u don't workout or do only light exercises, n depend only on eating healthy food, u cannot see any results..means u have to do a proper workout everyday to get that strength n toned body..I started doing homeworkouts from youtube since lockdown happened n within almost a year I have lost around 10 kgs n gained immense strength n feel energetic all the time which was never a case when I used to go to gym..at 45 I weigh 49.5 kgs n can fit into my daughter's clothes which she used to wear as a teenager..In short, intense workouts is a must for 40+ women n u can enjoy all ur favorite foods..

    I was a sweet tooth but I have cut down big time since I started drinking liquid chlorophyll. It really helped flush out the cravings. I would still eat sweets if they are given to me by others/friends but to actually buy them to satisfy my cravings anymore. I have so much control now than before.

    I recommend inulin or chicory root syrup instead of sugar/honey/agave/maple.

      Ugh sugar. This was a downfall for me until I started adding more butter foods to my diet, along with other tastes that helps balance those cravings. Are you eating bitter taste regularly?

    Love some of your videos, just found you tonight! Thank you! I'm a bit confused about what you say here about 3 meals at the same times, but another video you mention you are doing intermittent fasting, and likely don't eat until later in the day. I often don't feel hungry for more than 2 meals ... but I do snack on things that likely are great for me. I don't eat breads/gluten. But I do like the crunchy salty snacks ... I crave them! Trying to stop but now eays. I did chop up some carrots and celery and that sometimes helps, but not always ... lol! I AM A NIGHT OWL! AND YES, I EAT LATE BUT THEN STILL FEEL I NEED A 'TREAT'! Not sure how I will get off of that .... and I'm not really a foodie .. only 'certain' snack things and even specific brands .... ugh :)

      Have a small chunk of jaggery or 1-2 dates. It will take care of the sugar cravings. You can have dry coconut/roasted peanut with jaggery too (but in a small amount).

    when the pandemic hit in 2021 I was working at a daycare in March. I noticed that I started losing weight the next month, I can't move around much because I'm going to have surgery on my right knee . my weight goes back and forth my highest weight is around 138 lb

    I'd love some tips on what I might eat in place of peas and beans. I've NEVER liked beans of any kind and I cannot eat edamame or flax because of the phytoestrogen content. And actually I prefer fruit over vegetable so please HELP!

      Adding more bitter tasting food is one thing I do to help my sugar cravings. I’ve lost over 60 lbs so I’m not trying to have it all come back 😉
