    IT TOTALLY WORKS I have been doing her tongue excersises for 2 months now and I see a HUGE IMPROVEMENT. My face wasnt totally uneven to begin with, but this helped lift slightly sagging jowls, give me that Lily Collins neck and jaw, and helped with smile lines. DO ITTTTT even if it turns out to be more psycological than physical for you, either way, you will see yourself better.

    Hello, I just found your videos and I love them all. The tongue tip is positively life changing for me. I can remember back to being 3 years old and my grandmother would say it takes more muscles to frown than to smile. Basically meaning that I look mean or mad when I wasn’t. As I got older people would look at my facial and ask what am I mad about, or comment and say I look mean. Using this tip will change my life. I will start to implement it in my day to day life.     I have used the SiO wrinkle reducers and they WORK! The only issue I had was waking up and seeing the outline of them in my skin, the edges are too thick and cut into the skin. I wish they would taper the edges so that they don't leave harsh lines. I had to go to work with those lines and it was embarrassing, lol.

    The anterior part of my upper gums is advanced, which means it is tilted forward and the lower gums are pressed on both sides, and the front gums of lower gums are slightly forward but remain under the upper gums. That's why my jaws look a bit broken, a little bit old man. In this case, give me a video of how I can adjust the shape of my face through exercise. Please Mam.

    My triple Chin just went to double nine months ago and now it is just slightly drooping. The double chin is not all gone, but most of it is. Its practically 90% gone now. Finally, someone noticed I lost a lot of weight in my legs, arms, stomach, and now face, Diet and lifestyle change with exercise makes a huge difference. I mainly been eating Alaskan Pollok, vegetables, and rice.

    When I started mewing as you said, my mouth started bleeding on the upper side of the mouth where I put my tongue. And also it didn't change my face look.. My double chin is still in same condition as before and after. When I was try to put my tongue on the upper side, while putting... my upper side feels burning and cracking sensation... And after that sensation when I opened my mouth in front of mirror... I saw bleeding... 😔😔

    Permita everything is so nice but those subtitles cover you most of the time when you express the exercises so actually you are not visible. I mean from the phone but for me as I am doing the exercises in front of mirror, it's more reasonable to watch them on my phone. And by the way my friend when they get nervous of something like this usually skip the video!

    I've heard about the tongue exercises years ago and have been doing them when I remember them for years. It really does help shape the face and neck. I have a question: How do you reshape the chin muscle? My chin naturally is active flexing a lot and it has become bumpy shaped over the years.

    Great clip,however must state that not all of us are able to genetically make a bucket shape with our tongue…like being able to whistle using your fingers!!!!
    Not so easy if sadly not genetically able to do so!!!☺️
