Best tool available to reduce and even eradicate inflammation. Inflammation is the major etiological component of chronic diseases. I am a physician and personally use a bed mat and floor mat regularly. Started my parents on a bed mat less than a week ago and they are experiencing wonderful results.

Hello, Im writing from France, same for my family of 4. My child had lungs inflammation (bronchial inflammation) and that's simply gone, no more walking ups at 4am for me also after 2 weeks of use in my bed!! I had also lots of static electricity. Iam so happy I try this product on my bed! Thanks a lot!!

I was amazed to realize my fireplace tile bench (unglazed tlle ) is grounding me in my living room. Also free. Thank you Clint for that idea from another video.
Thanks for the idea that chimneys are usually connected to the earth. I can feel a dramatic energy jolt a moment or two after I keep contact to the tile and grout between the tiles. First night was goofy, woke up many times yet the second night I slept 10 hours. Have had better sleep ever since as I used the fireplace before bedtime for maybe 5 minutes. I'm getting grounding mats, they haven't come yet. I am very interested in how inflammation builds up pockets of resistance to grounding causing the need for long term grounding. I thought grounding was instantaneous so the weeks or months of grounding for serious issues confused me until that info was shared. Have you explored using serrapeptase after fasting over night with grounding before a late breakfast to get through the dead protein pockets of walled off diseased tissue much faster?

I love my sandals I’ve been wearing them for two weeks I got two pair one for inside and one for outside. They were very easy to get used to. I just love them

Had food poisoning last week and it was very painful, went to my bladder and kidney and grounding & even painkillers did nothing to help that. Only when I could keep hot drinks down and get hydrated did I start to feel better but my asthma seems to keep improving slowly which I think is down to earthing?

I am a long haul truck driver and know that the benefits are very good and my question is how can I stay grounded when I am driving. I currently have been running 3 to 4 hours and stop to get bare footed in the rest areas. But winter is coming and what is the best way to get grounded when I park at night in the truck stops?

in his book Earthing, Clint Ober talk about truck drivers. Square of conductive material on the seat, connected to the metal plate beneath the seat with an alligator clip. From Earthing website: "The Auto Seat Mat connects you to the metal frame of your vehicle through the Auto Coil Cord. While this does not create a true earth ground, it pulls static electricity off your body that accumulates as you drive."

With a grounding pin in the ground? Maybe the best thing.
