I dont think i've ever seen you two so engaged in a show before. Really goes to show how the quality of breaking bad has held up since it first aired over 10 years ago. some of the best acting i've seen.
Gus used his En to figure out there was a bomb underneath his car. Walt should've infused it with Zetsu. Rookie mistake.

I honestly liked 4 more even though 5 has the peak dramatic episodes
Jessie's arch is trash doe. Extremely annoying and boring. The other ones are really good.
The answer, as usual, is Jesse. His eyes gave it away. Gus is a genius, remember.
I also think that this feeling that something is wrong or that something bad is going to happen also has to do with it.
It's so funny because Jesse was 100% right about Walter's plan.

Jessie thought that Walter poison Brock just to hurt him, to get revenge that Jessie started work with Gus
But Walt only wanted get back Jessie on his side to protect his family
Also Jessie thought that Walt gave ricin to Brock, but Walt gave him only poison that was from a Lily of the Valley plant
@@user-zz9ss7dd6p Walt poison Brock because he wanted to save Hank's life, nothing more. Gus told Walter that he would leave his family alone if he just walked away, but Hank had to die. It was all for Hank.

To me gus became suspicious when Jesse told him the boy was poisoned, rather than saying the boy is sick. I figured Gus felt it was odd Jesse saying the boy was poisoned. That's my opinion. Not sure if I'm right or wrong.
So did I. If the doctors can't tell what it is, how would Jesse suspect poisoning?
@@SebReaperGamingWhen he first went out of the hospital, he about to have a smoke, and he noticed the ricin cigarette he was carrying was missing from his cigarette pack. That, plus the symptoms sounding familiar to what I believe Walt described ricin poisoning as, was enough to make Jesse realize it must’ve somehow been his ricin cigarette.
Yes that is what I think too his face changed when he asked how did that happen? You know he felt it was a set up by Walt that's why he was extra nice to Jesse after that telling him to come back in a week

@@philmiller5068 I felt that way when I finished the show but since then season 5 slowly grew on me, especially the second half. Regardless, season 5 has much more intense moments that puts the beloved main characters in immediate danger, which will constantly freak the girls out. :)
Phil Miller Season Four has the best arc, I think, but Season Five has the best individual episodes.

Gus didn't poison Brock. So Jesse telling him the boy was poisoned sets Gus' wheels in motion. Who would poison the boy? If you're Gus, running down a list of ABQ locals who want to kill you for whatever reason, who do you assume is putting things in motion when you hear poison? Walt did this. Well, let's go get a taxi
Honestly, hands down my favorite episode of all time. Many many greats but that scene with Walt and Jesse was amazing.
Notice this is the first time(other than when Jesse was going to sue Hank) that Walter refers to Jesse as a “cook.” He’s not belittling Jesse all of a sudden. Master manipulator
So look at it this way. If Gus poisoned Brock it was to get Jesse to kill Walt. That hasn’t happened yet. Gus is smart and knows what Jesse would do to someone who did poison a kid. So if Gus’s plan backfires Gus knows Jesse would come for him.
When they met in the chapel I think Jesse raised Gus’s suspicion. Jesse is not a great actor (while Aaron Paul is) and some of his anger came through when he said Brock was poisoned and no one knew how.
I think that was enough for Gus to realize he was not fully in control of the situation. So once decided he immediately stopped being predictable (getting back into his car) and started being unpredictable. At worst he’s got to wait for his guys to bring another car but at best he avoids a lethal situation.

Gus isn’t dumb, he knew he didn’t poison the kid and also knew Jesse would never do that, that leaves Walt and realized it could have been planned to lure him to the hospital.

Gus was probably just saying that to look free of blame, to sound justified in his plan to kill Jesse.
Gus also had those toys in his house to seem like he was a family man, a father, only for the toys to mysteriously disappear when Jesse was in his house instead.
If Gus said they were his trusted employees, I doubt Gus didn’t know what they’d do, or that he didn’t give the order himself.
In fact, many people pointed out that it would add up if Gus’ ordering Tomas’ execution was to deliberately provoke Jesse and get him to die trying to kill the two dealers, to keep Jesse out of their business.
It's like a Quentin Tarantino movie right now.

I just now kind of realized. Walter probably didn't want to go to Marie's because he wanted to work on killing Gus. I think he knew that he wasn't a target but used that as an excuse to Sklyar. Maybe not, but it's a theory.

The family being safer at Hank's is a true thing. The notion that "he wasn't a target" wasn't so reliable, as soon as Jesse agrees he would become a target and Walter knew Gus's 1st choice would be somehow convincing Jesse, instead of going on a killing spree on his family. Walter didn't have his plan when DEA showed up (you should know when he has it), he was really scared and tried to figure out a way after Skyler and Holly left. He was genuinely thinking it could be the end of his life. You can see it in his face and eyes when he was spinning the gun. But then, he found a way. I am not going on the spesifics as they involve next episode's events and reveals.
Walt is indeed a dangerous person. I mean, the official poster for season 4 has the label "Warning: Extremely Volatile" next to Walt for a reason.
He is also scared for his life after crossing Gus. You can be a ruthless person and also fear someone who is two steps ahead of you.
Love how Abi guessed that Gus is the one who poisoned brock, to trick jessie into thinking it was walt. It was exactly what happened, except flip flop walt and gus.

It wasn't sixth sense or powers cx the way I see it is Gus had a suspicion and decided to be extra careful. With the position he is in (knowing Walt would be the person to try something), he had every reason to realize leaving his car unattended like that on the rooftop was probably not the best idea.
Oh and it also made for a chilling and suspenseful moment cx

His realised something is terribly wrong with the whole situation. He knows his enemy Walt is out there scheming, he got a bad vibe from Jesse and he left his car alone for a very long time. I’m sure there has been plenty of cars over the years that Guss didn’t get into because he had a bad feeling. When you the boss Your always on edge.

I just finish this ep but im not convinced that gus is the one that poisoned brock? Or there isnt any clear indication? And even if there is any indication, i'm not siding with walter either? He has gotten more and more deranged (Rightfully so but its his own fault). The only one i feel bad for is Jesse, he has been manipulated non stop not only by Gus but ESPECIALLY by walter white. I feel walter is an manipulative and cunning as Gus. Well on to the finale!!

It's like watching two grandmasters play chess. For every play there's always a counter. Gus knows Walt has skills with the chemistry, he put 2 and 2 together and it saved his life. Walt is smart, but Gus has experience in this world where Walt doesn't. Point Gus, Walt 0 😂
How did Gus know?.....His instincts sense something isn't right....You're dealing with a former General in Chile who has been in the drug biz with the cartels for decades, and who has probably lured people out into the open before himself (let's not forget what he did to Juan Bolsa in season 3 and to the cartel a few episodes ago)….He sensed something wasn't right for a very good reason when he added the situation up.
