To the *incredible person* that's seeing this, I wish you all the best in life❤ don't over blame yourself, accept things and go forward. Don't let others define what “success” is for you. Get up, learn the skills needed and get after it, all the keys to a happy life is in your hands. Keep pushing.

When possible , loose sand is a good means to stimulate these points , as do small rounded pebbles .

Chairman Omali Yeshitela helps us to understand that matter developed to it's highest form, also known as the brain. I think the brain should not be synonymously referred to as the mind because we need people to know that there's a connection in the nervous system. So that we learn how to be one with our brain and its extension which is the rest of our body. Great video -- very informative

Interesting video. I hope people will learn and move forward with it. In the context of this video, it seems unimportant, however, I want to point out that "yintang" is not located at the temples; it is located on the forehead, at the midpoint between the eyebrows... (taiyang is, as you stated, on the temples)

*Back when I was in high school a few years ago, I told my principal and teachers about foot reflexology and the solar plexus. They thought I was crazy. They still don't believe me. It's horrifying what the government can simply mask over by saying that reflexology is not as good as modern medicine. So sad.*

I also incorporate reiki and pressure points into any healing sessions.

What if both of your feet are seriously damaged permanently from burns and serious infection leaving your nerves in your feet in a constant state of pain and suffering no matter what it just disturbs my whole world because of this pain I can't walk straight i can't even put on a pair of shoes without suffering and the infection has left severe scarring and tissue damage. can this technique still work for me?. In one of my feet the scarring is so severe that it stings just to touch my toes and the other foot the heel and ankle is so messed up it still has open wounds over 3 years since the initial injury.

Does anyone know if foot reflexology is still effective if a person has peripheral neuropathy? I don't know much about reflexology and so I don't know exactly what is being stimulated e.g. meridian points, nerves, chi etc.
If nerves are damaged however, does this mean that reflexology will be less effective or totally ineffective?
Could reflexology make peripheral neuropathy worse especially if the feet feel numb?
I am sorry if these questions are over-simplistic or sound really dumb but as I said, I know very little about foot reflexology.
I would be grateful for any help please. Thank you very much. 🌷🥀🌷🥀🌷🥀

@@LindaHutchings Hi Linda, I'm not sure if I am allowed to post links here but I found an article online that may be of interest to you:
5 Acupressure Points For Peripheral Neuropathy by TCM Tips
Obviously, it's not a cure and it may also depend on the cause and severity of the peripheral neuropathy as to whether or not the acupressure points will help. I also have no idea if there are any adverse side-effects associated with these acupressure points or if they could even exacerbate problems. I also don't know if a whole acupressure or reflexology treatment needs to be carried out from time to time (in addition to stimulating these points) in order to prevent an imbalance occurring elsewhere. I will need to read the article more carefully to see if any information is provided re how to stimulate the pressure points, for how long and how often etc.
I hope this helps. Wishing you a lovely evening or day (depending on where you are based). 🌷🌻🌷🌻
