Cream & Mushroom pasta with Garlic toast.

Ingredients:
Boiled pasta (I used half box of Fettuccine)
Chicken boneless cut into thin small slices
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup
Sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
Cooking cream 1/2 liter
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt according to taste
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Chicken Stock 1/2 cube
Mushroom finely sliced 1/2 cup
Onion 1 sliced
Butter 1/2 cup
Garlic toasts:
Butter 2 tbps
Garlic powder 1/4 tsp
Oregano 1/4 tsp
2 sliced bread
METHOD:
in a pan heat half of the butter add ginger garlic paste and chicken, cook till the chicken is tendered, remove the chicken in the same pan add onion and Sautée till translucent than add Mushrooms and the spices, cook for few seconds than add cream , chicken and cheeses finally add the pasta mix well and server.
For Garlic toast: mix spices with melted butter apply on both sides of the slice bread and grill on a non stick pan till golden brown.
