Everybody appears to want to play the luxury estate game in Ghana but forgot beautiful houses don’t transform economies. I wonder why nobody is building industrial parks to sell to industrialists who’d in turn employ and create real wealth within the economy. In our journey to development we must not skip phase one

It’s good to know that there will be other immunities like pool, gym, security, park etc. My question is how do you intend to pay for all that? Are the home owners paying HOA fees in order to pay for these services? HOA fees must be included in the pricing. In the absence of HOA fees, how do you intend to pay for all the immunities?
There is a monthly HOA when the project is completed. This is to take care of cleaning, security, gardening, pool treatment, and all the amenities. HOA is going to be less than $100 a month.

@ rWe don’t have the pricing of the HOA. All interested parties are inform of this when they do reach out. It is in our contract that there will be management fees. It is the only way to maintain the community. It cannot be free.
Just don't build another boring concrete jungle i see all over Ghana. Add a lot of green space. Ghana has beautiful nature, idk why not many choose to utilize it.
