- It's often believed that one cannot make it in Africa without coming from a rich family or having political connections. Danny Angels will tell us exactly how he was able to curve his own path with the little he had to become a real estate mogul in less than 10 years.

Good video as always. What is the best option in ghana for internet, if you rely on it to make money. I have heard the normal internet is unreliable. Is starlink or sim card internet the best for no downtime?
@@JayJo777they are all very reliable: MTN , Vodafone, and many more.
Massive respect to this man! Massive respect. Ghana needs you to clone yourself a million times.
I like the Introduction of your guest, he is very humble ie simple minded and relaxed. He's amazing human and congratulations on his success.
Nice collaboration… you’re both matured to understand scarcity mindset is debilitating, great support for one another. 👍
I agree that rush should be celebrated! ❤

Lovely interview Gents ❤😊👏
Thanks Trev
Hmmmmnnn, good talker !!!
❤
You are a mentor in his own right? I tell people if you have the best customer service in Africa.
Yes but the real estate in Ghana is now a bubble. Most of these big mansions built will stay empty forever. With no infrastructure, no road, no running water or electricity you can't count that as an investment 🤔
Hello sir I’m really interested in this real estate business, can you please be of help
How do we got in contact we Mr. Danny.
You can reach Danny through their website: www.royalkingdomestate.com.
A number was also provided in this interview. You can also find them on TH-cam, link in the description.
Even the ladies cannot get money from them accountants are very tight. They count down money before the check is cash.
GAAP.
You can buy land easily but can you sell it easily ?
Hell no😂 especially now that people see that buying a land in ghana is definitely not a investment. No road, no infrastructure, dirt everywhere you look
I dont think so. The diaspora are living the country in masses. Nobody is ready to buy a house for $100k just to visit for few weeks in a year
The only Ghanaians that make sense are the well traveled and exposed ones. The Ghanaians that never left Ghana are too difficult to deal with.
A very misinformed and condescending statement to make.
Exposure is beyond traveling. It comes to any person who loves knowledge and therefore chooses to engage their mind with knowledge, wherever they are. There are many great people in Africa and Ghana who have done great things and yet never traveled. Let's mind our words!
@@NK_AGYEPONGmost of them are corrupt and fraudulent.I lost my money on a land deal. Never again.
Not all but most.I know some Ghanaians who are ambitious nd Intelligent and wont cheat u. they just need the chance. But u right. It's hard to find them
@@NK_AGYEPONG Frankly. most Ghanaians are not good with customer service. When you travel, the experience is different. Customer service is number one. Your employer fires you if the customer reports disrespect. They care about the name and their brand so much that, an employee will be let go to get the other customers.

Speaking from hurt makes a person more prone to generalize the bad than the good.
touching hands like that is very unhygienic
