I love what Chaka said about ensuring partnerships from all local stakeholders holders. Cos what we don't want is to end up living in self imposed prisons because locals feel priced out and disconnected and end up looking for any opportunity to exact their frustrations on their new neighbours. Wishing these Young African Pioneers... all the very best. 🙏🏾👊🏿🙏🏾
This is so appropriate, very interesting! I'm a Ghanaian who has been with you since the beginning... This makes my heart happy... I'm going to be a part of this!!!
Wow…I was in Ghana for Year of the Return. Listening to him talk about how we visit to party and others visit for business put 🔥🔥in my stomach 🔥. Can’t wait to get my keys to my property in 🇬🇭🖤🇬🇭
The 2 Bedroom apartments are $180,000 USD, 4 Bedroom Villas are $275,000 USD, 5 Bedroom Villas are $450,000 USD. There are also commercial units available. Thinks mini-marts, nail salons, hair braiding shops, coffee shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.
I knew I was hearing a Bajan accent in there! 🇧🇧🇧🇧🇧🇧 This video popped up at the perfect time, since the last few weeks I’ve been seriously considering relocating to Africa; Ghana in particular.
I'm soo happy chaka made sure to tell people that us african were explorer's and we have been to the America's plenty of times before the slave trade happens 💯💯 Thank you chaka.
You don't know how much I'm proud of you guys. FBA lunatics tried to cancel you, but you stood your ground and continued to invest in Africa. Bravo to you guys.
All of Africa is open for returners or business. It's really not hard to purchase land in Zambia Zimbabwe, Botswana, even Equatorial Guinea 😮. Especially if your not doing this alone, go there as a family or community, and it helps to know local friends too.
I am a Ghanaian who has lives in the U.S. for over 30 years. I am planning to move back to Ghana in a few years. I’m looking for a group like this to join forces to influence change, build businesses and improve the quality of people’s lives. Please let me know how I can connect with this group.
I wonder if Ghana offers the same or similar tax advantages to own real estate investment properties. Appreciating asset that we can write off depreciation against our gross income
Too bad it's illegal to be apart of the LGBTQ in Ghana. This needs to be addressed in order for us ALL to come "home" but emotions aside, I'm still here to learn about investing in Ghana real estate...from a safe distance. God Bless the African Diaspora!
If Ghana wants to attract businesses and investments from black americans, then the government should provide the necessary incentives that would allow for that... Ghana and de gambia have been, at times, hostile to black americans in the past.
I'm trying to understand his point, he says, Europeans come to do business and Black americans come to party for 2 months and...what's his point? We gotta go back to work Dude.! Listen, If the guy is going to talk about europeans doing business with them after "the dip" then do that, why put us Black folk in it.....

Chinese always go first. They are everywhere lol
You clearly have never been to Africa. Europeans own and control most African economies not China
they've been in Ghana since the 60s
Sure. Also invest in Malawi, Southern Africa
