Hi Lillie you have mentioned one paragraph should have one topic. but there are several band 9 structures where they told us to write two advantages in one paragraph and two disadvantages in another paragraph. Will it contradict the idea of one topic per paragraph?

I think both are fine. You don't need to worry about it too much if you are going to take the academic test. They want to test our ability to develop our ideas so it's very unlikely that we get a question like that. The link I gave you is a general training question.

It's because half of the questions is about positive/negative. However, the first half is also important. If you answer it as a positive/negative essay and give 2 main ideas to support your opinion without answering the cause question, it'll not receive a high score for task response.
