I consumed news too but instead of reading it, I listened to it. I used to listen to news podcasts EVERY DAY, not just once. I recommend WSJ tech news briefing.
My instructor was a lazy; he barely taught us two days of speaking courses and two days of writing classes. He didn't show up to revise after arranging an IELTS date. I was able to smoothly pass the IELTS test thanks to you on TH-cam. Thank you so much, ma'am. writing 7 Speaking 6 Reading 6.5 Listening 7.5
