Dra what will I do I have arthritis that why I can't eat red meat like beef, pork but i can eat chicken, egg and selected fish like tilapia cod fish but we don't have that kind of fish. I can eat eggs but I have high cholesterol that's why I am not eating.

Dra what will I do I have arthritis that why I can't eat red meat like beef, pork but i can eat chicken, egg and selected fish like tilapia cod fish but we don't have that kind of fish. I can eat eggs but I have high cholesterol that's why I am not eating.
