    In today's yoga practice, we explore:

    Thank you for this. I found it really helpful. I love the way you go into so much detail. I've been doing Vinyasa yoga for a fair few years, but as I get older I'm finding I need more support and precision in my poses.

    Hi Stephanie, that was great! I appreciated the two poses at the end for the ankles, and also the explanation of the four corners of the knee. The shin bone on the floor and when it starts to lift was also super helpful!
