How about what is the cause of Hashimoto’s Thyroditis? You mentioned it's different. Could you tell us what may cause Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis? My mother (Japanese in Tokyo) is diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis and goes to see Dr. almost every month. But her Dr. can't figure out how to fix it or what is the causes. Her Dr. decided to give her a pill for balancing hormones. Japan needs your help and insights 🙏🏻
Thank you Dr. Gundry, I just watched your another video “Dr. Gundry’s Top Foods for a HEALTHY Thyroid”. It helped me to understand Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. 🙏🏻
I would love another episode on Hashimotos. I was just diagnosed but have no symptoms. (we tested because of high colesterol)When do I know my gut is sealded?
i juice kale literally every day of my life the last oh.. almost 15 years. I have never once had any reaction to kale other than incredible health benefits. the amount of kale I ingest would surprise most people. It's basically a mountain of kale. every week. so I think this Kale thing is all bullsh*t. I can only go by my own experience. and as far as that is concerned, it's the best damn thing I ever did in my life. i lost a ton of weight and reversed diabetes, fibromyalgia, skin cancer and ulcerative colitis. people who have interactions with kale are that way because they are so damn unhealthy in the first place.
Two questions. I just finished amoxicillin from a tooth infection. Should I go on a 3-5 day fast to reset my gut; And how do I produce new gut bacteria that will eat oxalates and other types of bacteria that I need?
Prebiotics, probiotics, and fermented foods (from the frozen section in the grocery aisle) ALL TOGETHER - please over a dozen veggies (organic) with fibers - all low in harsher lectins, relatively free of oxalates (under 50 mg a day ideally, or at least under 100 mg per day). Done for several weeks it will gradually help - however "too much" is NOT "too good". Fasting at least 36 hours is helpful for a microbiome improvement.
I just my Health Coaching certification. I want to work with those to whom the doctors have said there is no solution; I want to use the Plant Paradox method. Dr. Gundry do you offer a course for coaches on how to implement your methods?
I am a big follower of your diet
I am suffering from IBD(ulcerative colitis)
Can you make a video on that topic
I will be highly grateful to you

Good to know ! Modération is key ! Experience our bodies réactions , thanks doctor G
He’s a cardiologist, he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. He’s misleading the public and profiting off it.
Exactly!
Can you tell us the name of the bacteria that likes eating oxalates please? And can we introduce them in the gut with food?

You first should take probiotics...
Take probiotics with antibiotics.
Pickle Juice
and
Olive Oil
create bactieria that eat oxalates
check out several of Gundry's most recent videos where he talks about this.

I thought Kale is one of vegetables that have lowest oxalate. BTW, I blend only organic kale and drink it everyday.
Agree, low oxalate in comparison to Spinach
Elton John called, he wants his glasses from the thumbnail back 🤨
Kale Smoothie 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩
You beat me to the Elton John comment! They’ll be diamond encrusted before long!
Interesting
Don't like kale 😝🤢😛😲
Could you show the side effects of listening to a pseudoscience TH-camr who profits off desperate people?
Get a life, Brock. This is life changing advice for those that follow it. Try picking up a book once in a while, your tiny intelligence is showing.
U mean him?
How is it pseudoscience or how does he profit from telling you to eat kale in moderation?
@@logical_lb3059you’re watching it dummy. He’s profiting from saying ludicrous things.
