Honestly I think both of these bikes sounds perfectly match with their looks Ducati have a gentle intimidating look and also does have a gentle mean sound. Meanwhile, Aprilia have aggressive look and also comes with very aggressive sound Overall, both of these are great for both reference and does have a premium vibes into it
I have 22 RS660 LE, once it's paid off I will be adding a Ducati to the line up for sure! Btw I'm running the Austin Racing exhaust on mine and love it!
@ALFAVITAGA I'm still kinda on the fence. I rode an RSV4 and it was insanely quick. Honestly I was so focused on staying Shiney side up that I didn't even get to enjoy the amazing sound. I'm actually leaning more towards a V4s at this point but I'm still not sure.

For the money difference, would it be better to just get the RSV4 over the panigale V2? I'm interested in both but not sure if the V2 is worth the price tag compared to the RSV4.
It all depends on what you need the bike for. But the V2 is slower and more uncomfortable than the RSV4. For the money I would personally choose the RSV4 any day. ✌️
@@ALFAVITAGA true. At this point in my life, hp isn't as important as it used to be to me. I'm even considering the supersport 950S. Similar ergos to my 660, but a little more power and torque. But again.. Pretty expensive.

The more I go back and forth the more I lean towards the RSV4. The only thing I hate is how they overheat very quickly in the slightest amount of traffic, at least that was the case with my tuono.
@@ArmandoSanchez-ob3dd It all depends on what “better” means for each person. The Panigale V2 is a faster bike no doubt about that. It has 55hp more than the RS660 and you can feel it. Based on that alone I would choose the V2. The RS660 is a more comfortable bike and it feels more planted. Smoother cornering and braking. It also feels a bit lighter. For that reason I would choose the RS660. The V2 is more aggressive. It feels ready for the track with its more aggressive riding position. It feels stiffer and more responsive. Not meant for long street rides. Because I ride an RSV4, the Panigale V2 feels very slow to me. So you can understand how much slower the RS660 feels to me. So for that reason alone, even though I love how the RS660 feels overall, I would choose the Panigale V2. The biggest reason I would choose the V2 is because you have that extra power thats missing from the 600cc bikes, but you don’t have to deal with that insane raw power of a V4. So instead of having a heavy and intimidating bike, you get a pretty fast and light bike. Kind of best of both worlds.

Lol Sc project sounds crazy but it has no cat on it, this akrapovic is obviously the catted version, you should compare it with the racing version and results might be way different. But great video 👌
Thank you! But the Akrapovic on this V2 has no cat. Its the racing version slip-on that removes the cat. The V2 is very loud! The reason the V2 lost the battle is because the CRT on the RS660 is insanely loud! At the end of this clip I compare my bike with the V4s with a race exhaust, th-cam.com/video/UeCjCpqI_SA/w-d-xo.html and it still beats it in loudness. The CRT is crazy loud!
The RS660 has a wider tank so it could give the illusion that it’s bigger. Plus the Pani is a V2 and the RS660 is inline 2. V2 is narrower than the inline 2. But essentially they are very similar size overall.
The Panigale is a better performance motorcycle overall. In my opinion the Panigale looks better, but the Aprilia sounds better. Its a matter of preference and needs. I know people that traded in their Panigale V2 for an RS660, and I know people that traded their RS660 for a V2. I can’t choose I want them both 😂

Ducatis are gorgeous looking bikes. Can’t go wrong with them. For me the next addition will be an RSV4.

Startup sound Ducati has deeper tone but on higher RPMs Aprilia wins

On a video, both bikes sound terrible. You have to hear a duc in person to really know.
Videos never do justice on how good they sound. But you can get an idea of loudness and tone. But nothing compared to live. ✌️
