Does the rubber weather stripping which is located on top of the bed come in the box? And do you think it will need weather stripping where the tailgate meets the bed when the tailgate is closed? would that make it completely waterproof?
Yes, the bulkhead seal is included. An additional tailgate seal could be added if you desire. No cover out there is guaranteed 100% waterproof but if you have everything installed correctly, it will be the next best thing. It is not uncommon to get a drip or drop at the tailgate seams but should be minimal.
