Do cardio. 10 minutes of running (not walking or jogging) at moderate pace should really help your circulatory system. In my family, everyone gets headaches easily, but I don't. I think I can thank running for that. If you don't like running for some reason (which is humanly not possible. Ones you get used to it it's the best thing ever) try cycling or swimming. Anything that makes your heart pump and lungs gasp for oxygen. Lastly I want to say you should not traint too hard too soon. Gradually increase the intensity. Warmup and cooldown is a must, even for running. ( I walk about 1-1.5 km before running and do the same after the run too)
Yes we need pre-workout supplement.. whey protein is the actual pre-workout supplement.. it gives wonderful results and bcaa for post-workout recovery, safety from muscle loss.

Sir, Don't you think that pre workout is addictive as it has caffeine in large amount which can affect kidneys in long term. Caffeine is a drug and if not used properly it can be harmful. Sir, you didn't explain that side of pre-workout.

preworkout isn't required if everything is dialed in .i regularly do 1 rp maxes in the gym for all my 5 compound movements every week. i've never used a pre workout even on days i was sleep deprived .performance wasn't affected .instead of wasting money on it take care of all the other factors which control the performance .

But then I get deviated and get lost in admiring your fit body and you doing your workouts. Due to this I forget what you were explaining and come back to senses after a few seconds. Then I have to rewind the video and and start listening again.

Anonymous ! I too sometimes experience this. It's just gas bubbles popping in your joints. It's nothing to worry about. Just properly warmup your shoulders before exercising.
I used to believe if I stoped working out my muscle tissues will turn into fat. But I watched many videos like it won’t happen, it’s just a myth. Now my question is “too much of training or cardio kills our gains right ? So how it couldn’t burn only fat by doing cardio but can shrink our muscle tissues too?
