I started with ppl as a beginner this year, I definitely saw a lot of change, but i felt too much fatigue doing 6-7 exercises per day and it was demotivating, as i was not in mood for another day, but after 6 month i switched to bro split and its amazing, I am able to concentrate on single muscle group and a lot of soreness in muscle which feels amazing and definitely I dont feel so much fatigue whole day, nand yes I am gaining lot of muscle mass and definition too. Now I even started evening walk.
If you following ppl why are you doing 6-7-8 exercise you have only 2 exercise for chest 1press 1 fly, 1for side delt and 1-2 for triceps. And 2 for back 1 row and 1 pulldown, 1rear delt 2 bieceps, on leg day. Squat, standing calf rasis leg extension and cul its simple
In my opinion Legs.squats, calf rasis, leg extension and leg curl. chest and side delt. chest 3 1for side delt. Back and rear delt. 3 for back 1 for rear delt. Arms 2 bieceps 2triceps. And forearms Is the best split

I follow two muscle groups a day initially and train every muscle till fatigue twice a week. That way the growth initially is amazing. Once I am habitual of this and got my desired results I'll move to full body workout out twice a week just to maintain the same physique

As a beginner a person experiences beginner gains so it's advisable to train 6 times a week. About recovery and pain, if your diet is good, you'll recover faster and experience less pain.

no need to train all of em and shoulder dont have 3 deltoid. shoulder/ deltoid is muscle having 3 heads. if uh are a beginner ur front delt will get enough stimulus while train the chest and posterior deltoid or rear delt will get activated / trained while doing rowa and pull downs so there is no need to train them separately only head uh should train is your side delt as it is the only head which doesnt get activated in any exercises
Low Intensity workout for beginner to heal quickly but effectively. MON - Chest + Triceps TUE - Back + Biceps WED - Shoulder + Leg THU - Triceps + Chest (rest optional) FRI - Biceps +Back SAT - Leg/Abs + Shoulder you can decide which day you wanna major one group for example; Mon chest+ triceps. so do 3 excercise of chest and 2 excercise of triceps or you divide it according to you. peace out
