Glad I found this. It seems like nobody else has this is issue. ,I’ve is the same way. It sucks because this was expensive but that rattle is unacceptable.
I am also having the same issues and also my first gear keeps hitting my hybrid plate. I've tried everything and including contacting them and nothing has been resolved as of yet. I wouldn't expect any of this for a very expensive upgrade.
Too bad you got rid of the hybrid shifter. I really like mine better than the ktuned but think I know what rattles your talking about. Mine rattles a bit too with solid mounts but got to sacrificed comfort for power lol.

Yes, it is unfortunate. It is a really nice piece, and works really well.
