The machine where you did the reverse frog is a GHD, it is used to do GHD sit ups in CrossFit, this is maybe why it is turned this way but you can totally do this too or glute-ham raise or back extension 😊
I looove this! Only thing is you’re facing the wrong direction on that machine. You’re meant to fit your ankles between the two cylinders and rest your upper body on the single cylinder. It keeps you in place
