@@blabla7652 I used to have knee pain but once I started stretching everyday the pain never came back. Also, many people do not stretch their back and hips which inhibits them from performing certain exercises correctly. I never have issues with that. I have a video explaining this if your interested.
I definitely need to incorporate stretching daily into my regimen. I'm starting to feel a little bit of pain in my left knee, hopefully stretching will change my life too👍🏽
I need a “before workout” stretch and stretches for flexibility and mobility video!🥺 ( I think it would be really helpful if you added a beep/timer in, so that we know when to switch our stretches. I prefer these follow-along videos because it makes it easier for the viewers to focus on stretching rather than always checking their phones to see if they should change. Just a suggestion! Love your videos❤️ )
what a coincidence that as i was stretching today at the gym, i heard your voice telling me to not be afraid of the pain and i was focusing on my breathing and it really does make it easier! ❤️❤️
Make sure the pain is not unbearable because you can over stretch and cause damage to the hamstrings or whatever part you're stretching. Trust me it's the worst! I injured my hamstrings through stretching and it's been a long road to healing
The waist trainer thing was a life changer for me. It wasn't for abs. I'm shaped like a tooth. The waist trainer thing for me was just to define my waist better so I didn't look like a fridge. It really helped with my muffin top.
Does it actually help with a muffin top, like does it speed up the shredding of fat there or just move it around? I'm not shaped like a fridge, I have wide hips but I have a lot of fat just hanging off the sides of my hips which makes me look so odd. Xx

I would really appreciate stretching routines for office jobs. I don't get to stretch as much as I would like. And most times after work I go to the gym right after. So that would be really helpful!
Vicks vapor rub, saran wrap, waist trainer will have you drenched in the mid section! I did the vicks wrap and 10 min on the stair master and my God ! The sweat was literally pouring down my back lol
I would love to see more mobility excercises and stretches. Specifically for lower back pain. I work a desk job daily and workout at least 4 times a week but constantly experience lower back pains right over my hips.
Judii Rea I’m sorry, I don’t have that problem so I can’t relate but that must be frustrating! You just have to start slow, your stomach is probably very small and you can’t just eat a huge meal all at once, you have to start increasing your calories gradually. Also oatmeal & peanut butter smoothies are a great high calorie meal/snack

I do always stretch after a workout, but more often than not, it's not a good extensive stretch. I need to allocate enough time to get a really good stretch after each workout

Wouldn't these stretches be considered static? because with dynamic stretches you don't hold the stretch for a long time?
