Can you possibly explain further in detail where I am supposed to be measuring to locate the pinch seam bracket? I think video says back edge of the fender where it mounts to the pinch seam. I suppose this is where the fender ends and pinch seam begins?

What's your recommendation on how to wire the rock lights for a clean look/install?
Run them up to the engine compartment.
Will these fit with bushwhacker flares?
