Thank you so much Brother Insight. I have been doing this practice all year as my right ankle recovers from dislocation and a triple fracture. It has helped so much and I found I barely needed painkillers❤❤❤. I'm walking without a stick now too. I wonder if you have a practice that helps to reduce inflammation around the ankle and bring feeling back to scar tissue.
