For anyone else with sensitive/injured knees, to stretch out the quads I did low lunges and pulled my back foot in towards my body with my foot flexed. It helped me to achieve the deep stretch without any pain!❤
For me this one is the best Yin Yoga class made by Juliane so far. Normally I have problems with fast transitions from one deep positions to another - maybe because I am growing old ;-) - but this time everything was very smooth and pleasant - great job!
Yaaay a Yin Yoga practice! I love the feeling after such deep and wonderful stretches. Especially the back and IT stretches, ahh! Thanks again, dear Juliana 💖

I was browsing through different videos and wanted something that would about an hour long, but I was guided to clicking on this one, and I’m truly grateful 💜 Grateful for the reminder to not let ego take over our practice, and truly listen to what our body wants, needs, and is capable of during each individual practice. Deeper some days, gentler other days. It’s not a competition with the self 💜 Blessings!

Yin yoga is my very favorite type of yoga. I'm so glad I wake up this morning with this kind of practice. I'm a bit concern because I've been doing yoga every single day since January, and I'm a bit sore. I hope I can keep going anyway. Love
Can you guys post maybe a music playlist of just the background music? Sometimes I pause the video and just stay in the pose for a little longer and I feel like it would be nice if I could still listen to the same music

My body needs and loves stretches, but i find myself doing small stretches on the job or thoughout the day/night as if i am not stretching certain points within my body that i need to, and the typical yoga instructor doesnt embed these very unique and rare point marks in my body but YOU have truly aided in my body healing completly. Thank you!
Thank you for giving alternatives - really - it is SO helpful. My hips and knees AND shoulders are very very tight - always have been - there are anatomical reasons why I just can’t do some poses in the same way you can, and the PERMISSION to follow my bodies cues - particularly from pain - and the permission to ignore ego is so so SO vitally important. Thank you thank you for that. For instance - I just cannot do cactus arms in that on the floor spinal twist - my arms just can’t do it. Knowing I should follow that is so helpful.
You are a true inspiration. Def must do yoga Every day. for at least 10 mins. Everyday is a promise to myself. Yoga gives us the boost to be beautiful inside and out

Hi Beautiful. I feel so lucky to be drawn to this 14 day challenge. Ever since finding you I release tears randomnly. Thats how I know this was much needed. Thank you for everything. There was alot more than just a physical releasing. I was also suprised on how I was able to do the advanced pose for the hand over head while stretching out leg out. I found it super nice to turn my body outwards for once. Even though, I could not touch my toe; I knew that was a issue ever since I tried to touch my toes in gym and always thought maybe my arms were just really short. I am 5'2. I found my neck mobility has improved and I am quite astonished at your teaching abilities. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart
Truly a great session to reach deep within myself this morning. I feel so much more grounded and willing to embrace the people and events that will come my way. Thanks for the calming session and healthy tweak of my mindset.
