I have been practicing this routine for years now, I can do it with my eyes closed, I think I could even do it without the video. But it has become so familiar, so sweet and close. And my body craves for it when it's been too long without practicing it. For me, it is the best, I love it. Thank you so much, Juliana and Mark, for your work. Namaste :)

I have to comment again. I have had excruciating hip pain the last 3 days and after completing this workout again I have alleviated my hip! It was so painful I couldn't walk. I store so much tension and anger and frustration in those hip muscles. You have helped me release them and to step into my own being and LIVE my life. Thank you!! Namaste!!!

I've been using your videos for couple of months two times per day (in the mornings and in the evenings), even the meditation videos. I've rejuvenated and I've been reborn. Since then I've been able control my weight and it is fun for me to assemble your videos depending on my mood or condition. I never get bored with them. There's no excuse for not having time as everybody has 5-10-15 minutes per day to do something for his health. Your exercises are very body friendly, calming, still effective and very pro. One of my favorites is the pilates training which is perfect in the morning. I like doing your love handle eliminator + inner thigh + arm toning videos all together as a set, and I usually use the stretching videos after ballet trainings: after workout + hip releasing + leg flexibility together. But I could also mention the sore back release. The fantastic is that 5 or 10 minutes is enough to relieve the pain in the body. All the best wishes from Hungary and thank you very much for sharing your knowledge.

Stunning. Can't wait to try this!! Looks definitely like my kind of thing! Since doing your videos I can now do camel and full mermaid ! I've always been flexible and strong (ex ballet dancer and now horse rider) and had my splits but had back problems and since doing your videos my back pain has completely gone. My dr is amazed. Yoga has healed me so much mentally and physically. And I've become even more bendy . The camel at first attempt shot pain through me when I first tried it but I gently tried day by day a little more now it's such a comfortable and releasing posture for me. Yoga is most definitely a journey. Love you lots Juliana xxx

I've been feeling discouraged. Only 27 years old and "healthy weight," but I've struggled with chronic back/spinal pain for 6 years or so, and I've noticed my physical health deteriorating rapidly. I was getting discouraged from other workout videos. But this is the best workout video I've ever experienced in my life. Your guidance is so calming. I felt the perfect blend of engagement of both body and mind, and I finally began to understand what makes yoga so special. Thank you for this.

"You are exactly where you need to be." Oh god, that depresses me even more.
It looks so easy when she does this. I can't even roll my head around or move my shoulders without everything cracking :( Literally my whole body, every single joint is always cracking. And it hurts, especially in the back and the hip joints.
And in moments like this I wish I had a tablet to look at from the floor instead of looking up at the PC.

I've been practicing along to all your videos several times each week for the last 9 months but have never commented. I just wanted to say thank you and show you gratitude for making hands down my favourite exercise videos! They have so much warmth, inspiration and positive energy and always make me feel like I'm showing my body love and taking care of myself. Before your channel I wasn't consistent and found most channels put out videos to 'burn as many calories as you can so you can be 'hot'' which I always found unenjoyable and negative. I'll always come back to your videos and hope you continue to put more out because I've seen so much progress in myself and truly enjoy every minute of practice thanks to you!

After an intense butt and thigh workout yesterday, I followed along with this video today and I feel so much better! Yin yoga is new to me and holding the postures really makes a difference. Lizard is the most challenging for me, I didn't realize how much tension and stress I hold in my hips. Breathing deeply allows me to let go and just feel each stretch. Pigeon after lizard is a great release for me so thank you for that. As always Julianna, your videos are inspiring, challenging, and calming all in one. Thank you for sharing your beautiful gift with the world. Namaste. xoxo.

First of all: I have the utmost respect for everyone who invests a lot of time to be an online Yoga teacher. So thank you for your work. This was the first class of you that I tried and I have to admit that am a bit disappointed. I am very fond of Yin Yoga and the sequence of poses you've chosen is ok but why did you put all those unnecessary vinyasas in that class? Relaxing hips and hamstrings while burning out arms and shoulders? Makes no sense for me in a Yin class. You can do e.g. a very smooth transition from lizard to pigeon on the ground.

Yvonne Lange this is clearly an intro to yin. As someone who’s practiced vinyasa yoga for years this was a nice transition into trying yin postures while still incorporating vinyasa style yoga.
Instead of complaining and wasting your energy writing a questioning comment, perhaps use that time to simply search on TH-cam “intermediate/advanced yin yoga”

I personally enjoyed the vinyasas and found it to be a nice break in between stretches. to each their own. but do you really have the utmost respect for online yoga teachers? can’t tell lmao

This practice was absolutely life changing for me, it made me have an epiphany that one of the most effective ways of letting go emotionally is the let go physically and dive into the unknown... the self love I experienced after this is indescribable, thank you 🙏🏼💙

My legs are in so much pain from recovering from food poisoning. I knew I needed some yoga but couldn’t get my body or my mind to settle down long enough to do an entire video until this one. Always my go to for a little release on both healthy & sick days! Thank you.

Thank you so much for these videos. The moment you said "let go" I burst in to tears. apparently I was holding back some emotions, I've never had a chance to deal with. I would love to thank you in person, as I feel a comment on the video doesn't do my gratitude justice. Thank you for coming in to my life. I love you both so much, for your inspiration of love and peace, not just for everything, but for my self. Something I have found very difficult to do over the years. :) xxx
