- Deuce was a rescue that came to us at a year and half old. His life up until that point was spent 18 hours a day in a crate and abused and tormented for the rest.
As a product of divorce he was scheduled to be put down so we took him in. He was terrified of men but after a lot of love and hard work he is the most loving dog I've ever had.
Trey was terrified the day we brought him home having been just separated from his mom and siblings. Both my wife and I were so taken back by Deuce's immediate love for the little guy and they truly are best friends. Amazing. Hope you enjoy the video.

Our 10 year old Weim, Gretchen is the best pet that anyone could have. These dogs are so smart, and loving. It is a shame that some owners can not care for them properly. Loves being under the cover with you, early in the morning. Her nickname is 'Stretch' because as most of you know, they stretch-out to fill the space where they happen to be. Has anyone noticed how they meet you at the front door, with a smile... or a shoe... enjoy them

Most enjoyable. We dearly miss our Weim but recently adopted a Weimador. What a wonderful dog. We were fortunate that he has the weim look and temperment and the best of the lab qualaties. There are utube videos of this hybrid I recommend a look

We will never regret having them as family members. I recently lost my Weim boy and he always gave all his best to us. For Weims, living is loving.
So cute it’s amazing how he let the puppy lay all over him. This brought tears to my eyes. For all the weim lovers out there, please support rescue these dogs are amazing if you understand them. There are so many in rescue situations. I got my girl from rescue and this song literally is our relationship. She would give her life for me I have no doubt. Neither does the bug man, or the plumber. Rescue a Weim.

So sorry Vanessa. I get emotional thinking about it at all... but Deuce, from this video, passed away one year ago yesterday from a long battle with Cancer. Broke our hearts but we wouldn't change a moment other than being able to spend more time with him in the end. Love to you and yours.

Beautiful dogs - and a beautiful video. I lost my weimaraner (who I rescued as well) last year and this brought back a lot of memories.
thank you for sharing such a beautiful video. My family was blessed last year when we accepted into our home our first Weimaraner. I have never loved a dog as much as I love Bentley. Simply the best breed ever in my opinion. I have been contemplating getting another one this year so that he has a companion. One thing about weims is the separation anxiety they have when their owner is absent. That anxiety pulls at my heart strings. My son picked up a puppy about 4 weeks before he moved out and now Bentley is just so sad... This video helped me make the final decision to accept another one into our home. Bentley is truly a blessing.
