I'm a big fan of Fairline yachts, so when I saw this one for sale at boats.co.uk I figured a yacht tour was very much in order. Let me know what you think of it?

The more I see the older boats the more I realise how stylish they are. They do the job.
That’s a nuts boat - it looks like a 30 footer on the outside and a 80 on the inside.

I swear that if you checked below the waterline on some of these vessels, you'd find a Tardis on its side strapped to the underside.
Hold on a minute, it is a particularly nautical shade of blue already, is the Tardis... This needs some investigation!

Fairline have come a long way in five years.
The new 54 feels bigger than this and is cheaper to run and berth.

For me the engine rooms are the highlight of his videos.
Honestly myself. If I owned something this big. I would definitely live on it. And then the crew area into a little home gym.

Nick, I know this is an older video, but I really, really want to take a moment and give you a massive thank-you for something you'd probably consider a small detail; calling it a his-and-hers / his-and-his / hers-and-hers sinks. It's tiny things like that that mean so much, and we really don't see often. I knew you were an amazing person, but this just gives me so much joy. YOU HAD ME HOOKED ON THE SUNSEEKER PREDATOR OR THE NEW MANHATTAN(50'-60') & THE PRINCESS IN THE SAME SIZES, BUT THIS BOAT HAS BLOWN ME AWAY, TOTALLY!!!!* It's not like I can afford them, but love looking/learning about them & this fairline squad has an amazing layout from bow to stern, THX & LOVE YOUR CHANNEL SIR.
This boat is awesome. It feels huge, great design and unmatched price.
I'd already found and watched most of this video before but had somehow forgot about it. And now I've watched it again, 4 cabins + an extra/crew cabin all in 65' !! Jinkies that's a lot packed it. Also, "get-at-able" is a very valid term :)

@@AQUAHOLIC If you put them on the wrong feet we would have a video from a new guy " holicaqua"....................I've just come across your channel in the last couple of weeks and I'm a big fan already. I've always been a car person ( I used to race cars when I was younger) but I had a kind of interest in boats because of the Monaco Grand Prix, as you know there's loads of them there ! Watching your videos has made me appreciate why the F1 drivers love their yachts, they're great and the facilities onboard are fantastic. I'm now working my way through all your videos and really enjoying them. Keep 'em coming Nick. Cheers.

Finally a boat that somehow actually looks rather homely witha great layout. I'd buy that in a heartbeat. Stunning exterior and interior. I actually prefer this style of video over more recent. We don't need to see into every cupboard,gets old. Love this video though, quick but on point.
You have the best videos by far and the best walk through. This is a great boat. I did not expect to see that big of an interior. Also, thank you for always showing the crew cabins.
Everything about this boat was a shock. Someone said “it looks like a 30 footer from the outside, and an 80 footer inside”. THAT IS RIGHT. WOW!!! Great boat and tour!!!

Love the plan, cosy feel and use of space.
I can't say full beam master cabins aren't nice, but I often feel like they are a waste of space. I love how they used some of the beam for the bathroom and were able to get a fourth cabin in.

It has a bit of a Tardis effect-seems bigger on the inside than it appeared in your first outside shot!! Very nice boat.

Every time I think a Princess is my favorite yacht, along comes a Fairline. I love the darker wood, less windows, minimal gloss (ugh, who likes all that blinding shine) and especially the rounded corners on the furniture. I know this is an older video but I finally found one I haven't seen yet )
Thanks, another great vid of a boat that I cannot afford......yet! We can dream! What does amaze me is Fairline is in Northamptonshire (just off the A605). They are lovely people, really down to earth & produce some fantastic leisure craft. I don't know if you have been there yet but you will see what I mean when you do. All the best.........
Fantastic boat. Your Fairline videos have made me quite the fan of this brand: attention to detail as you noted, balanced familiar comfort, exceptionally practical layout, respectful crew cabin... beats out comparable Sunseekers and Princesses in many areas (in the qualities that are most important to me, anyway.)

Prob one of my Fav boats that youve done. Tasteful and extremely functional for that price point. Was surprised that it had a crew cabin as well. What a classy yacht!

Great yacht! Very spacious for it's price! I wouldn't mind spending the summer on this yacht, still I'm sure I'll get a chance too get a swig in a yacht. FIVE Cabins - incredible. Thats amazing for a boat of this size! A bit of a fixer upper some rust and worn wood nothing some sandpaper and Lacquer and shes good to sail.

Great design. That small forward double bunk could be a great crew area with washer/dryer/ironing station/linen store/deep freeze/cabin service drinks station.....

A big boat, comfortable, modern, nice design and interior and lots of space. For this price a goo deal I gues. Though fuell consumption will not be inviting, unless you live in the states of corse.

Nice boat great layout, I ran a Fairline for a while out of Miami Florida 65/65 looks like they are still up there with the best ... great video, we were 5 adults and 3 kids and it worked well.
I ran one with a friend in the late '90s, a Targa 33, was a brilliant boat. I've got some more Fairline content coming and something very special planned with them.

Gorgeous boats. We had a Fairline Phantom 50 for a few years but gave it all up when they changed the diesel tax. Killed it overnight. Might buy a yacht. Maybe...

I love the rear rabbit s hole cabin.
I prefer classic to modern looks, but wow, they wrung every inch out of this design! The 4th and 5th cabins were very well done. If you have a lot of friends or family this is a great layout.
Really nice boat. I agree, the hand rails is a very smart addition. It is funny, I find myself loving the VIP cabins more than the owners suite. Question, the paneling around the window in the crew/5th cabin looked like it was peeling away on the starboard side, maybe just following the curve? As always, thank you for sharing
Two words for you Nick, accessable and basin and I know that you know their applications 😉.
Some of these older boats look a little bit tougher than the new stuff and I would feel more comfortable using them than the newer models. I could be a homely slob.
