Loved your previous video when you had done oil pulling for a year, as well as this one. I'm commenting to add a note about how versatile this practice is - another TH-camr says you can reverse receding gums by oil pulling (this is more specific, using sesame oil and ground cloves as well as spreading cumin on the gums afterwards).
I haven't tried either yet but I'm now planning to do both, that is "regular" coconut oil pulling each morning and the gum receding one in the evenings, along with my recent adoption of a home-made remineralising (anti-cavity) toothpaste, as a regimen for much better oral health in coming weeks/months/years (although once my gums grow back I can stop that part - it's a treatment, not an ongoing preventative).

Got one tooth with cavities. It doesn't hurt, I've had it for a few years now. But I'm also building up some plaque. So right now I'm doing my first coconut oil+licorice root pulling and we'll see how it goes! I'm actually swishing it around as I'm typing, making the minutes go by.

I agree with most things this lovely young woman has stated with a few exceptions. One oil pulling is not gross. I love the taste of coconut oil and olive oil but one full tbls is too much. Why? Cuz once you start pulling, your saliva also gets mixed in and actually thins the oil. I recommend no more than 1 tsp of oil. Yes spit it out and not in drains. Yes coconut oil does harden when in a cool environment but it will be mixed with saliva when you spit the coconut oil+saliva+bacteria+plaque. You can add a touch of coconut oil with whitening toothpaste or whatever toothpaste to brush teeth afterwards, which of course, will be spit out too. Another very effective mouthwash, so to speak, is salt water which can be used to gargle with as well if you're looking to kill bad bacteria, such as the common staph. If you do this, pain be gone baby! Swish around and gargle, definitely spit out, then wait at least 5 minutes and then brush/floss teeth as normal. Remember pain and smelly breath, etc is caused by bacterial infection of some kind. 😊

This video is about an individual's experience. It doesn't explain why it should be done in the morning or not adding extra essential oils to it. As long as you watch other videos for the full spectrum of your knowledge, this video is a nice addition to see one more person do her own ways. For explanations I would visit Gabriel Arruda's video as well.

Clove oil has been known for a long time to kill pain in teeth. Use very little with a carrier oil, such as coconut oil esp if you've never used it b4. Clove is is VERY strong. I've been using natural remedies my whole life and this is a staple in my house. U can brush with it to disinfect your mouth, but for the people who are new to it, take care.

i routinely use coconut oil as a body moisturiser. I often put some in a smallish jar, put it somewhere warm so it becomes liquid then add a few drops of clove ,rose or lavender essential oil and shake to mix. This just adds a gentle perfume as i get a bit bored with the smell of coconut sometimes. I don't know if this would be equally good for oil pulling the teeth
