I vividly remember finishing this game when I was a kid. I do not remember *how* I was able to do so.

      @@vividzx8034Lucky bastard you are.
God Hand is a game i discovered after DMC, MGR, BAYO, VANQUISH, ASURA'S WRATH, EL SHADDAI, and NO MORE HEROES.
and I still feel like playing it, over those ones, because it's truly and fairly challenging.

Ken Ashcorp is friends with Sseth. He showed up on his stream once to read Furaffinity DnD with him or some shit. It was fun.

fun fact... the later Japanese installments are actually more in line with the old, classic games of Wizardry series... and are actually quite dark/serious, at least aesthethically, while the old Wizardry games had a bit of comedic/satiric vibe... the thing was, that oldest games' original releases weren't too rich graphically, they were very difficult (often in ways that would be considered as BIG NO-NO according to "modern" standards of game design - as in, just fucking obnoxious), and many jokes weren't translated well to Japanese, causing the Japanese fanbase to believe that the tone of games is intended to be almost consistenly dead-serious.

Yeah that's right. Not many people know that those old Hardcore RPGs like early Wizardry and early Ultima where quite popular in Japan before the Homeconsole explosion. Heck the origin of what we think of as JRPGs was an attempt to get this experience from the PC to the Console). Which lead to something of a parallel evolution of the RPG genre between the Japanese and Western take on it.

Absolute Territory is a banger, but I will always be partial to Touch Fluffy Tail.

Wizardry is more or less the reason we even have JRPGs in the way that we do. Makes sense that Japan would be fond of it.

I'd say given the gameplay is mostly the same, Despite being a mostly Japan franchise, I'd still classify it as a WRPG.
Also I have no idea who most of his party is, someone explain.
