when he said the cheat only speeds it up he wasn't kidding, some of these pyramids can take hours to make. watching people react to the myths is always fun XD
From what I heard, having a man’s semen inside you means he dominate you. And you can’t rule if your a sub. So the thing about Horus catching Seth’s seed and slapping it away only to hide his in a salad to have Seth eat it is a weird flex about dominance and who has a right to rule.
I swear I thought I heard of a different version of the Osiris myth where his “member” was eaten by a crab instead (giving rise to the constellation of the crab (or lobster as it’s sometimes depicted) cancer)
30:55 Hey man, you're not the only one. I may have had to use the official strategy guide at the time, but the main reason was I was playing Myst, and then Riven after that. Those guides were the reason I learned I didn't have to stare at the screen trying to read fancy calligraphy for an hour just to get to the one page of an in-game book with the solution to a puzzle that you couldn't brute force before the universe died. I tried to solve the puzzles however I could on my own, but come on - placing 5 unique marbles in the exact spots required on a 25x25 grid? I was trying to grasp the difference between permutations and combinations years before I ever heard the terms used in a math class. But it was still stupid fun, and I'd do it again. X3

The "Bronze Age collapse" isn't a thing. The Hittite empire ended. Big whoop. Happens all the time. Empires rise, new guys arrive, empires fall. Hittites, Persians, Carthaginians, Persians again, Macedonians, Macedonians, Macedonians yet again, Romans, Persians again, Chinese, Chinese, Chinese, Chinese, Chinese again, Chinese once more, Chinese for the umpteenth time, Huns, Mongoliabs, Franks, Spanish, Holy Roman, Portuguese, French, French again, German, Austrian, Inca, Aztec, Maya, and so on, to name just a few. No such thing as "Bronze Age collapse". You had two great powers, Hittites and Egyptians. Hittites fell over, Egyptians didn't. Not a world-ending drama. Happens constantly. If Trump has any say in it, the American one ends tomorrow and bows to ruSSkistan.
Remember, the warhammer 40k took a chunk of the lore from this methed up mythology.

I swear to god, I was just reading World of Darkness RPG lore about Horus and Set when this video was released. What a perfect coincidence!
Was it PG or X-Rated?

you can almost hear the internet connection sound in his expression
One of my main take away from this video is "Damn the Egyptian gods make the Chaos Gods look tame in comparison."
And the Egyptian gods are tame in comparison to Greek gods.
@@melonmusk8924 and the Greek gods are tame compared to the Aztec gods.

great reaction hearing peoples reacting to the set story is always amazing.
Man your shocked reactions always gets me dead 😂
Egyption mythology is pure comedy, its a comedic relief mythos compared to the greek one
And filled with dick jokes.

You should check out the remake "Pharaoh a new Era"
I had Zeus (from the same series) as a kid, and this is a fairly accurate summary of how these games go.
wait...i though locusts were separate...so they are juiced up grasshoppers.."grabs heavy flamers" the native tyranids must be exterminated.

I played back in the day Star Trek: Armade to death so much fun :)
This game got a hd remake recently
yeah 90% of ancient myths and legends from egypt and greece and turkey would fit right at home in the 40k Universe.
Hell some myths make 40k look tame.
In contrast the Elder Scrolls makes the original mythologies seem tame by comparison.
@@AlexGoldhill *laughs in Aztec and Asian mythology.*
potterhammer 40k the boy who slaughters
and this is mild for Egyption mythology 🧐
Always remember. Back then there was no restrictions on what people ate. Only if you live the priests keep it to see the gods.
What did you expect lmfao
The Mission Scrapyard on Homeworld was BULLSHISE!
