Awesome work. I was at a wits end tring to get my 34 inch to sync with 2 x 27 sides. tried many options and this is the only thing that worked. LEGEND!!

Awesome little guide, totally hadn't setup my triples correctly because I never measured the angle of the side monitors. Gonna go fix that now

Thank Dan... The Solution for ACC is great. I use my racing-PC also as a Workstation. In this case Nvidia Surround is not very nice. The best implementation has Automobilista 2... It works out of the Box with triple Screen without Surround or any tool...

It was actually this video and your 3090 benchmarks that was the last step in me pulling the trigger on building a 1000r curved-monitor-based “quadruple” using a 32:9 ultrawide in the center and 2x 16:9s on the side. It’s working amazingly well using your tips here , with no more bezels at the tires (open wheel) or apex (most everything) as in a typical 3x 16:9. Thank you, thank you! 🙏
Hey I am trying to run a 27/49/27 ultra wide set up. I really need help figuring out the correct values on this. I think it should be height 1080, width 7680 but I am confused on x position
@@JMmodernJJ basically 1/3 of the span will be your zero for most games if you’re doing it this way. DM me if you have any questions, super happy with the 27+49+27 setup.
@@RyanCarag so you're saying that running two different horizontal resolutions will run fine but without nvidia surround? i have a 34'' ultrawide and i really want to pair it with two 27'' on each side!
@@papercutjohn yes, exactly. Dan’s method here makes it possible. The key to making the setup look good is curvature continuity, so pick 1000R or 1800R for all of them and put them in a continuous arc. The only drawback with not running surround is you don’t get out-of-game bezel correction.
@@RyanCarag yeah i get your point exactly. Because the screens i want to pair dont have the same curvature therefore its not going to look good. Thanks for clarifying!!
in acc my projection correction says locked and nothing happens when i try editing the viewing distance, screen width etc. i have the triple screens working just unable to edit my fov details. any ideas? (fixed! - steam vr was launching in the background which seemed to stop you being able to change these settings)
Life saver. My Nvidia Surround wasn’t working and this sorted me out.
Really good video Dan nice and clear instructions well done But I have never been able to work out why people just don't run the likes of surround not just for sim racing. As for the angle of the screens thing they want the back of screen angle because that's how much the sim etc has to change the "camera angle"

Dan, New to Sim racing, setting up my first rig. Using triple 32" curved Samsung displays. After setting up center monitor trying to base the side monitors to align with center. To get close my distance from the edges of the screens are 129cm. That angle does not seem large enough. The screens don't appear to wrap around enough. Spent hours trying to get this right. Any words of wisdom?

Hi Dan, do you have the profile for triple screens 4k? (3840x2160). I already tried to configure the xml but show me unreal engine error at load textures. I set on nvidia drivers 1920x1080p and load 1080p profile, the same with 1440p profile. But the image has been stretched out of the screen.

anybody knows if this method works with a diferents screens? I have a ultrawide like main screen and I were thinking use two additional screens with the same heigth but diferent ratio. The ultriwide is 32:9 and the others are 16:9 but the heght of the screens are the same,
Been trying to set up triple monitors for 2 days with absolutely no luck whatsoever until I saw you using the DisplayFusion App. ABSOLUTE LIFE SAVER!!!

great video dan but i had problems using the setup for ACC because i have all my screens scaled to 125% (my old eyes you see) so for anyone else that might run this put it back to 100% and it worked perfect.

hello, which graphics card do you need for "rfactor 2" with a resolution of 7680x1440p to get more than 75fps on maximum settings?
I have one ultrawide 3440x1440p in the middle and two 16:9 2560x1440p on the sides what values do I need to input in SRWE?
The Only problem correct me if im wrong without surround you cannot use g-sync, for me its like that??
Hey there! I did this but iracing isn’t populating anything on my outside screens. What am I doing wrong? I have all three monitors plugged into my gpu (hdmi, dvi, and display port).

Question is, don’t you lose GSync then when running in windowed mode? Because GSync in Desktop mode is still flawed and can cause stuttering even on full-on GSync Screens. Wouldn’t this also work in Fullscreen mode?
I tried it for the old AC and the same method seems to work in Fullscreen mode aswell, but I can’t really tell if it’s a proper Fullscreen or it just stretches the image

I have done the ACC setup as in Dan's video,and I am not using Surround,but I have the windows taskbar showing when in game.

You found and highlighted so many small features that boost performance so I wonder how this feature behaves.
I got triple screen inc and this has been very handy! The only thing that confuses me is that i have a seperate main windows / pc monitor that i use for work / casual gaming etc. My rig is connected to same pc without dedicated sim pc ... so i am not sure if this still will work because the video said that the middle of the triples has to be the main windows screen. Not everybody has a sim racing only pc right ??

really need help with raceroom. bought a new 6900xt and there is no way to get all 3 screens to work. been trying for 6 hours and no clue.
Doesn't work for me unless I go alt+enter to go windowed, but then I lose a lot at the bottom. When it is full screen it is only shown on the middle main screen.

Awesome video, Dan. Really helped. Is there a way to stop input lag while using SRWE with ACC? No lag while playing on a single monitor but there's a slight delay while using the SRWE software.
Is anyone familiar on how to do that for just Assetto Corsa. I've changed the .ini files not nothing. I've tried SRWE and the image is messed, downloaded display fusion and am having a hard time making one monitor
I can i make my refresh rate higher than 60 fps on rfactor 2 ? following your instructions my refresh rate is shown at 0 in the settings and capped at 60 in game.

When I use a calculator for triple screens they all give me a degree figure but when I am I settings it’s not there. It’s only there if I disable triple screen setting. Is there a way to still put in the degree amount with out using this app ?
Hey Dan...I'm trying to set up a flight sim with the app and it looks very stretched out and garbage basically... I managed to get it across all three screens but I'm wondering how you got the Y axis -31 figure ? The y axis for this flight sim is 0....If I add the figure -31 everything moves over to the left monitor. Hope you can help.

Thanks for this. Nvidia Surround is very limited software. I've got one central ultrawide and two 16:9s and it won't have it. The ACC tutorial with SRWE helped me work out how to get my triples working with ETS2 as well. Need to change the vsync setting every time and add 4 pixels to the resolution in SRWE to get full borderless, but anyone looking for being able to run ETS2 without nvidia surround, check out a tutorial by the guy who did roextended. It's a ballache and takes a lot of config file editing as ets2 has no in-game triple screen configuration. It was worth the pain though.
its possible to use 2 monitors with the centre in one and rugby of the car in another, without the lego extra fov of a third?
And is there any way for getting gsync working simultaneously on all three monitors without nvidia surround?
Hi Dan, i tried to use nvidia surround but cant find the setting i want which are 7650 x 1440P with 165hz. But the nvidia surround pump the resolution up to 11520 x 2160P with 60hz. Frustrated with Nvidia.
Currently i'm trying to use your method but i can't found my ACC inside "Select running application". Please help Dan, Thanks in advance.

This is the fourth video I've looked at on this, and they all have the same instructions regarding the app.ini file, and Ive looked at all the settings and copied/changed as directed, and for some reason iracing only loads on my center screen. Ful screen isnt checked, border isnt checked. screen number is 3, multi projection and smp are checked.. I have no idea what Ive overlooked.
I've to run surround setup every time windows restart. Is there a workaround to this? I regret the choice of triple instead of single 49 inches.
Im really struggling with this, i even downloaded your settings and put them into the game folder and it still only loads the game onto my middle screen, been trying for hours and honestly feel like selling everything/smashing it into a thousand pieces
So when i use the programm for ACC it only fills up my left and middle monitor, also download your profile but still only 2 monitors, i tried changing primary screen but then it still only fills 2 screens at all time, anyone have a solution ?
Is there any drawbacks on running it in windowed mode like it used to be?
While I havent had an issue with Nvidia Surround. Disabling it and using this method gave me a 10fps boost in Iracing.

Ich habe auch drei 32“ WQHD Monitore bekomme es aber nur, mehr schlecht als Recht, mit der alten OBS Version hin sowas wie ein Replay zu einem TH-cam Video zu bearbeiten. Mit OBS Studio bekomme ich es gar nicht hin..... Das wär echt klasse 👍🏻

What to do if, i got a 27" as the middel monitor (610X360((2560x1140)) and to 32" (715x425((2560x1140)) as the to sides.?? :S
@Dan Suzuki For rFactor2 : You adjust the width of the screen but you also have to adjust the height manually.
With your settings of 710 in width, your value of 510 in height is incorrect and the image will be distorted ;)
(The correct value would be around 401)
Can you explain how you came to the 401 answer? I'm having issues getting my head around why one is right and the other is wrong. :P

i have a little question with iracing, when you do a "graphics config" witch number of monitor is correct? Because in "windowedXPos" a have to put -1920 to start in correct position, Iracing is ok but is it the same?
Doesnt matter, just adjust the offset accordingly
For me, It works great in Iracing it works great for 1-3 sessions then the app.ini file changes itself back to 1 monitor graphic settings and sqeezes all 3 monitor views into the center monitor. Any help would be appreciated.
Do you know how to setip triples with a 1440p UW centre screen and 1080p side screens?
I made AMS2 work without issue, you can input each screen resolution, but other sims dont like mixed resolutions.

For the SRWE, will it work on F1 as well if followed the same steps as ACC?
For ACC I instead use a small app called "borderless gaming" as I find it much easier to use than this one in the video. One question is why for 1080p you want to use a height bigger than 1080, -31 for the y coordinate and more than 5760 for the width. I use 1080, 0 and 5760 respectively.

Hi I have a question: I have a 21: 9 34 "3440x1440 monitor (Curved screen) and two 16: 9 27" 2560x1440 (Flat screen) monitors all three of the same LG GN850 series I would like to do the triple screen on iRacing without Nvidia Surround (I have a 3080TI) keeping 21: 9 as the central monitor and the two 16: 9 as the side ones. Can I follow your lead? Taking into account that I would have an overall resolution of 8560x1440, what should I change in the app.ini file? Thanks a lot for the answer
