I think I'm going to try Kimchi, read its definitely beneficial for gut health and to spice up my meals, thanks mate as you guys say.
I absolutely agree. Starting dieting too late is a killer for every diet. I can push but what always goes for me is fatigue goes so high that I can barely even make it through days. Currently in that situation so I had to push back for a last second chance of doing the Argentina or Japan regional shows instead of the ncp Netherlands now this weekend. Depending on the look this weekend I'll decide if there's even a point in trying to keep going as I only started prep 7 weeks ago under not very ideal circumstances...

I train abs 3x per week and vaccum 3 x per week
I need to learn my maintenance calories etc I just tend to try and lean eat as much as I can
If your weight is holding and you are following a diet - you are at maintenance

I weigh the amount of rice for the day raw, cooked then weigh again when cooked and then divide it by how many rice meals I'm having in the day

Hey Kuba! Just a general question out of curiosity based upon you saying about how more food doesn’t equal more growth and you don’t need a huge surplus in order to gain muscle - what factors would then warrant more increases in food throughout a growth phase as apposed to just keeping calories the same? Would this be more down to supporting with training performance & recovery capabilities?
Exactly that, keep your surplus small to keep a controlled rate of gain, 1 lb - 2 lbs gain on higher end of scale weekly

That all comes down to digestion, types of food etc

With the “surplus not having to be that high” for muscle growth. What if you did over eat.. but cut the calories later in the bulk. Would that lead to muscle loss? Or just fat loss. Idk if I asked this right
If you cut calories later then you don’t grow - smaller surplus over time = leaner and more muscle over time

@@KubaSylvesterCielen Kuba one more question. I just want to further explain. Let’s say my maintenance Kcals are 2300. Let’s say all that’s required for muscle gaining is 2700-3000. If I’ve been on 4k for a period of time and put on a decent amount of fat. If I cut back to where I should’ve been, (3,000), I’d lose weight.. but you’re saying I’d no longer be building muscle? Essentially you’re returning to your “lower surplus” opposed to an inaccurate one that’s too high, cause more fat gain.
@@3koolboy doesn’t really work like that, if your surplus is that high you just blow your sensitivity and then no matter what you’ll need to diet to regain it. Eat to your needs eating above and beyond your needs doesn’t mean more muscle. It’s not an eating contest if it was the guys who can eat most would be the biggest

Are you still running insulin during a cut or fatloss? For example Lantus?
I’ve never ran insulin for fat loss 🤦🏽♂️ insulin doesn’t lead to fat loss & Insulin does not help with fat loss .

Does one want to continue to increase IGF-1 expression with slow release insulin whine in a fatloss phase or drop it and only use in a mass phase?
I am only asking this after seeing John Jewett recommending Lantus at 10 IU per day to lower inflammation among other things
@@markwilliams5792 the increase in igf 1 expression isn’t something that is of significance in any of the studies nor it is solely down to insulin could have been numerous factors - it should only be used if and when you need it

125g of rice is 95ish grams of carbs? what am i missing because im doing 100 g 2 times a day and my macro calculator is saying its 22.5 grams COOKED...just asking
125 g rice cooked is about 22.5 gram carbs
125 uncooked which is what I have is 95

Cmon Kuba. Bottle of test is £30 can last 5 weeks, don't think there's any health supplements under £30 that'll last a month 🤣 I'm sure if/when you were skint you didn't go Natty instead and buy health supps... The full range is more then a cycle minus the GH... it is by far the best quality supplements out there . I just handpick the essentials
