1 question about the salt, do you mesure it ?
I dont see you speak about it but a 22:50 we see (I think) some salt you added on your meal!

When you’re working out your macros, where are you pulling the nutritional information from? For example your fat number in your meals seems lower than what you would find on the nutritional Information on product packages. 200g chicken and 150g raw weight rice and only 3g of fat in total? It’s only small differences but when you’re consuming a lot of food during a bulk those small differences would add up. Seems a lower number than what I use from packets so interested to see where you get your numbers from and if I should be using these instead.

Whats the reason for adding potatoe instead of just adding more rice to your meal? Is it for carb choice variety?

Been following you for a while. Had no idea you did the doors. The part about keeping blended food in shakes (tuna shakes) in a little cupboard behind the door is exactly what I did and many of my colleagues. Diet coke and tuna blended together when the calories were low LMAO 🤣

    • @KubaSylvesterCielen

      No, total opposite.
Sibo and gut overgrowth is caused by poor nutritional choices.

@KubaSylvesterCielen is it better to cook raw as I tend to weigh my protein out cooked and carbs raw. I've done it for a while. I'm busy prepping for a shoot in December, is it worth changing to raw or leaving it for now until afterwards. Appreciate your reply and your content is mint.

Would it be that hurtful if you add rice based cereal instead of one of the COR meals I mean it's almost just as processed as a Choco Pops or Frosted Flakes(corn based). I personally would enjoy that much more post-workout or for breakfast with a protein powder shaken with water and mixed in.

Hi Kuba, I would like to ask about the amount of fat in the offseason diet, why some bodybuilders eat plus 100gr of fat per day and some, for example you, only 60gr, I myself also eat a little fat ~65g per day and then stay at 10-12% body fat all year round, doesn't too much fat in the diet just increase body fat percentage? but e.g. cbum eats plus 100gr of fat per day and stays clean

    • @KubaSylvesterCielen

I find adding herbs, salt etc just makes chicken etc taste bland af. But you said watch condiments, and you're right they can add a fair few calories, but surely as long as you are hitting your targets, (protein/ cals), then it doesn't matter?
    So may contradictions in bodybuilding.
You've literally got 5000 cals to play wth - absolutely no idea why you aren't adding cheese to your sour food and peanut butter to your snack/pudding type foods

    • @joshkenno6826
      @joshkenno6826 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

Protein and cals are not the only targets. You need to watch fats and carbs too.
Fats to stay healthy and carbs for training performance. Adding to much fats also slows digestion which is not great in an offseason.
Also adding cheese to every meal isn’t healthy.
Yes he has 5000 cals to play with, but why waste them on things that may hinder results when they can all be used to grow as healthy and as optimally as possible
