You get a 💯 for pronunciation...first time i hear an American saying names like Bloemfontein, Lesotho, Soweto, Houtbay correctly👌🏾
Loved your impression of our beautiful country🇿🇦...and thank you for sharing that bit about how our people kept telling you about how unsafe SA is and warned you not to trust people... it says a lot about how we view ourselves, we ought to change that.

You somehow coincidentally went to the three capital cities of South Africa😂 Cape Town is where parliament is (what Americans call Congress), Bloemfontein is where the supreme court is, and Pretoria is where the president and government is. Johannesburg is our New York, so it's the largest and richest city in SA, but not one of the three capitals.

We are happy to see you guys SPECIFICALLY coming to South Africa.
We've had a 100yrs of European tourists, like we are honestly accustomed to their visits, but getting visits from Black Americans, is exciting.
And the jealous South African guy, maybe he was on drugs, because normal people don't behave that way.
Sorry he left you with a bad taste in your mouth, but know that normal South Africans LOVE you, and Black travelers break stereotypes as well, and we like that.

The Westen Cape is really trying to market it as a place for foreigners to work online. Especially content creators. Try to get more info from their Provincial Department of Tourisme.
If you are importing your dig from a rabies country, it is quite easy. Provide your dog with all the required fascination injections and are examined by an approved vet. There is no need to quarantine in your home country. When it arrived in South Africa, it would be quarantine for a few days until the State Vet examined it and the faxination certificates.
My sister did it when they returned to South Africa. It was super easy

Not lying about the jealousy; the coveting eye is becoming an in-trenched aspect of the average SAn community/society. Of course there are factors contributing to this which I will not delve into, but just mentioning that the jealousy attribution is not misplaced.

Well that is true, jealousy is increasingly becoming a problem in South Africa, even for South Africans. But, that is the result of the huge income gap between the haves and have not. South Africa is high up in the list of the Worlds unequal society due to Colonization and later Apartheid.
So, next time when someone is saying to you that they wish they had your life. Tell them its possible, and share some game. It is a cry for help they just dont know how to communicate it.
Lastly, if you traveled by bus to Cape Town , why didnt you make a stop to Port Elizabeth? If you are interested, let me know and if I am in the country. I'll host you. Oh, and loadshedding is a thing of the past now 😅. Thanks to recent elections.
    Otherwise great video.
